Excellent service provided by the two ladies and Stan. I received great and friendly service as part of a deep clean of a one bedroom flat. I would highly recommend this company, they are very good at what they do, have excellent customer service and competitive pricing.

Very happy with Spring Staffing Cleaning, they came with a team of 4 and a car full of heavy duty equipment and cleaned my house top to bottom in half a day. Jo lead the team efficiently, double checked the work, communicated well to ensure everything went smoothly, and adjusted the plan where necessary. They also cleaned out a horribly overgrown alley behind the house and aim to please.

Used Platinum 5 last week after our tenant left the home he rented a mess! Iv had not so great cleaners from other companies but Platinum 5 went above and beyond! Communication from day 1 was spot on, quick responses and detailed on what they’d do in the property. Communicated the day of arrival and time, professional team members and courteous staff. Triple checked we was happy with the standards before leaving, the home also smelt fresh again. They really outdid themselves. The cleaner Steven was also very polite and steam cleaned the bathroom well. Will be using again at next years end of tenancy!

This is the 2nd year Nikolas and the Platinum 5 Team have performed a deep clean for my property. They were able to fit me in at short notice and performed the deep clean with oven in one day. The new tenants who were moving in were very happy. Nikolas was competitive in his price and offered a discount on upfront payment. Would recommend and will be using again.

Lee and Greg are awesome! Not only did they clean my roof and back garden to a very high standard, but they also went the extra mile to help me sort out a drain issue that they identified. If it wasn’t for them, I would not have realised how poor and problematic the job one of my past contractors had done to my back garden. Lee and Greg followed up my case by coming out to mine even on a Saturday! They tried rectifying the problem for me with a temporary fix and recommended another tradesperson they know to help me seek a permanent solution. This was all outside the scope of their quote to me – I feel like I owe them big time. I feel extremely fortunate to have found and used them. They are nothing like conventional trades people – They make sure they know their customers’ names. They keep their customers well informed all the way. They won’t recommend work that does not need doing. They tidy up after themselves and never nick anything, such as tools and dust pans, from their customers. They are ultra polite, helpful and hard working. Not sure if I will ever find other trades people as good as them – what a gem! They are now my ‘top of the list’ go-to people to help look after my home. Thank you so much for not just treating me as your customer, but also treating me like a friend!

I am so impressed with these guys. I had paths around my property that needed cleaning, a garden room, composite cladding in a corner of my garden, as well as a second property with algae and dirt all around the render. So quick and perfectly cleaned!! I had just moved in to a new place and the oven and carpet in my bedroom were a bit of a nightmare - I knew I needed to have them properly deepcleaned and started searching for the right place. From the pics I saw MHCS looked like the perfect place, and now I get to share my own!!! The oven looks brand new and my carpet looks and smells so clean! It used to have this browning on the edges and a big black spot which are now all gone. Couldn't be happier, they're now my 100% go-tos for this! So friendly and ready in undrr an hour - plus gave me advice on how to keep them safe and clean. Couldn't be happier!

Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. He personally returned to inspect the work once it was completed. Although a few parts weren't cleaned properly by his staffs, he did the cleaning himself during the inspection to ensure everything was perfect.
