We contacted Rugcleaningexperts after they were recommended by a friend. Our rug had an odour as we previously had a dog which we tried unsuccessfully to clean ourselves on numerous occasions. Rugcleaningexperts were fantastic they kept us informed on collection and progress and when the rug would be returned. It arrived and the odour has gone and it is as clean and fresh as it was when we bought it 5 years ago. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Steve Bradley

Incredible results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ After attempting to clean red ice pop stains off a wool rug, I damaged it further leaving large deep brown stains in its place. I contacted Rug Spa in the evening who came back to me straight away with a quote and answered all my questions promptly. The rug was collected the next day and has been returned to me a couple of weeks later. I was informed the stain hadn’t fully come out but it is barely noticeable. The rug looks amazing 🤩

Researched for ages to find a cleaner for my rug, Although the rug was only about 3yrs old it was very deep pile and was looking absolutely filthy. I always hoovered it and even tried cleaning it myself with a carpet shampoo machine but it just seemed to get worse. The pile on the rug had flattened so much I even tried raking it ! I was actually going to throw the rug away but it was expensive and I loved it. I contacted the RugSpa after reading previous reviews and also because of the convenience of them collecting my rug from my home address and returning it also. I received my rug back today and all I can say is WOW !!!!! The rug is absolutely spotless, the pile has returned and the colour is so fresh. The service was professional from start to finish and the price was extremely reasonable. The clue is definitely in the name ' Rugspa' because this rug has definitely had Spa and not just a clean !! Thank you so much I am absolutely delighted with the result which I didn't think would be possible.

The rug is definitely cleaner. Good as new I would say. There were a couple of loops of material pulled through that weren't there before so something must have snagged at some point, but overall the cleaning has salvaged my rug after it had been stained. Which is quite the feat is it is a very uniform rug where stains are easily visible.....

My washer broke down ,waiting for a part . Took all back log of laundry to Soap Opera . The staff were brilliant really helpful in showing my what I had to do with machines ect . I didn't catch the names of the lady and 2 gents that ran it but thank you so much for your patience and also helped carry 4 big bags of washing to my car . Would recommend Soap Opera to anyone that needs to get laundry done , and always with a smile , again many thanks

Had exclusive come out to our home in stoke on trent, 5 bed 5 bath home, for a full house clean. Ladies did an immaculate job with everything. I was very happy. They were lovely and polite. I am really pleased with the service I received from Manchester House Cleaning. They were able to accommodate me for a very short notice end of tenancy clean on a Sunday morning. Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. So quick and perfectly cleaned!! I had just moved in to a new place and the oven and carpet in my bedroom were a bit of a nightmare - I knew I needed to have them properly deepcleaned and started searching for the right place. From the pics I saw MHCS looked like the perfect place, and now I get to share my own!!! The oven looks brand new and my carpet looks and smells so clean! It used to have this browning on the edges and a big black spot which are now all gone. Couldn't be happier, they're now my 100% go-tos for this! So friendly and ready in undrr an hour - plus gave me advice on how to keep them safe and clean. Couldn't be happier!

Roof cleaned, moss removed and treatment applied. What a great team that make up this brilliant company. Initial consultation suggested a number of options and plan of action of which I was in control of at all times. Communication during this process was second to none by Pam. The team attended my property at the time agreed and set to work, overlapping for breaks and working constantly through the whole day. By the time they had finished working, you could see a noticeable difference. I think the lads were a little late for their Christmas works do ( which further showed their professionalism) They have only returned back today to complete the treatment because they needed a dry day. Although I offered payment before Christmas, I was told that payment never gets taken before a completed job. Amazing team, amazing job. Highly recommended. Thanks

After reading good reviews about Smile Carpet Cleaning Services. I picked up the phone for a quote to have my Bedroom, Stairs, Landing and Through Down Stairs Lounge carpets cleaned. My call was greeted professionally and a quote provided . Impressed I went ahead and booked. I was advised by text of my confirmation booking and Mark kept in contact to advise he would be with us at 9am. I couldn't believe it was all pumped in and distributed back out with equipment direct from their van using none of our water nor electricity. What a great friendly very efficient gent he is. Nothing too much trouble,furniture moved by him, no mess left behind I was worried with it being a 3D carpet it wouldnt clean well and I am blown away by the results of not just the lounge but my Stairs landing and bedrooms carpets are INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING FULLY RECOMMEND.

Recommended smile carpet cleaning. Professional and good communication, had a issue with the appt but got us booked in a few days later which wasn't too big of an issue. Our lounge carpet was partially destroyed by the sofa suppliers with what seemed to be like glue and mud /dirt. The gentlemen who came to clean the carpets did an excellent job. The carpet was cleaned efficiently and quickly. It was left smelling clean and fresh. We emptied the room to make it easier to clean which was a bit of hard work but made it easier in the end. Very much impressed
