ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS SERVICE!! I had a wasp nest in my loft for around 4 months and I procrastinated about doing something about it until it had grown exponentially. So in late September I call around 5 different pest control companies and every response was generic, no real detailed explanation of what was going to be done other than “I’ll use powder to kill em” . Arthur was the 6th number on my list and he immediately went in to full detail on what he would do once he arrived, went over all possible scenarios, reassured me about completing his he job to my full satisfaction and just his all round general knowledge of wasps, bees and others was quite fascinating. Arthur arrived on time as he said he would, he was also courteous enough to text me before he set out to give me time to be ready. Once here he came in and inspected the loft and surroundings first and detailed his plan of action to me in precise context. Arthur navigated his way through the numerous items in my loft and got to the wasps nest from multiple angles even from the extension bathroom window, he was absolutely meticulous to detail. Arthur spent time and attention and spent good energy positioning himself in various angles to get at the nest. When all was done, he cleaned up, made sure everything in the loft was secure and safe and left me feeling so much more reassured that my nest problem was now dealt with. I cannot commend enough his absolute professionalism, courtesy, commitment and all round pleasant demeanour from the first phone call to leaving my property. I fully appreciate and recommend Arthur to everyone who is need of pest control services.

Arthur was very prompt to come out on call and very professional. I'd been previously stung by a large pest control corporation who'd charged me a fortune for very little ant pest control. He came and located the problem ant nest and treated it thoroughly, and was clear about expectations. We also discovered a wasps nest and he treated that on the same call out despite it not being part of the call He came a second time promptlyand flexible and did a second treatment at a secondary site of ants. I cannot fault his service and I feel confident in knowing I can call him again, should I need to, and he will promptly and efficiently act on the issue. Go local with Arthur and avoid these cowboy corporations! Very reasonable prices.

We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access. Great service, very reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Excellent service. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Liam was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. PES Pest Control: Bee Removal Done Right I was really happy with Alistair from PES Pest Control's ethical bee removal service. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly considerate of the bees. I had a large honeybee hive in my attic bedroom wall, and I was worried about how to remove it without harming the bees. PES came in and handled the situation with the utmost care. They relocated the hive to a safe location, ensuring the bees could continue their important work. I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise. They explained the entire process clearly and answered all my questions. Their commitment to ethical bee removal was evident in their work. Alistair responded to our phone enquiry even though he was on holiday. Arranged to deal with our problem and arrived exactly as promised. We had fleas brought in by our cat, and I can’t emphasise enough how grateful we are to Wallace Pest Control. In our opinion ‘5 stars’ isn’t enough! We were relatively in the dark as to what assistance/service was available and had been trying to deal with the situation ourselves with OTC treatments. I won’t deny that it had all got a bit much for me and my stress levels were through the roof, but after reading a couple of reviews online I decided to give Wallace Pest Control a call. I immediately felt reassured and in safe hands, being shown patience and understanding as I was talked through the service offered and what we could expect. My stress levels started to fall away, safe in the knowledge that there was a solution to the situation we found ourselves in. I know that may sound dramatic, but I honestly can’t thank them enough. Kane came out and applied spray and fumigation 2 weeks ago - and so far so good. I’m still very ‘on edge’ and constantly looking for our ‘lodgers’ but as the days pass, without a trace, I’m starting to feel less anxious and (dare I say) tentatively positive that we must now have things under control. Kane told us he’d check in with us to see how things are and I’m hoping I have good news for him. Thanks for all your help so far Kane!

Can’t thank Kane enough, came the same day after we realised we had a wasp nest in our roof. We could hear it through our bathroom ceiling. An hour later all the noise gone and no sign of the wasps going back into the nest. Brilliant Kane, thank you, will definitely recommend to anyone.

We contacted Kane after reading some outstanding reviews on Google. We contacted him on a Sunday and he replied Monday morning and came out to access the problem quickly regarding rats. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail that he would do from start to finish. He set the cameras up to see where the problem was coming from, he managed to identify the problem very quickly. Kane was very knowledgable and experienced throughout the full process. Thank you Kane for helping us! I would highly recommend using Wallace pest control. Kane visited and got rid of our pest problem really quickly. He also gave lots of great advice and very knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. We had tried everything to eradicate our pest problem and nothing worked until we used Wallace pest control. I just wish we had used them sooner. We are now pest free and have been told to give them a call if we do see any more pests and they would be happy to offer more advice. Also Kane uses a van without signage so can be very discreet if needed.

All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe.
