Superb service from Chuck & Jack, very capable, efficient & professional. We had trouble with a wasp nest which was causing an elderly lady a lot of stress and they came out the same day, identified the problem and treated the nest and provided all the appropriate health and safety information. I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

I had an issue I needed a professional to deal with and Mark was really prompt with his response, very knowledgeable and really helpful. All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. I had a telephone consultation on Saturday morning with Mike, regarding a potential infestation. During our consultation I sent Mike some photographs and he was then able to explain everything to me over the phone. Mike was very professional, reassuring and honest. Great service from Paddy and the team. I phoned them on the Friday with concerns of a pest problem in our loft and they arrived the next day.
