Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

We got in touch with Ian after our cat caught a mouse, from the start he was amazing. We suspected the mouse had come from the kitchen so started the search there, after finding a few droppings under the counters in the kitchen, Ian then made sure to check all over the over the house including the loft to make sure there was no other areas the mice could be. A week or so after laying out poison he came back to check and to our surprise/shock he had a huge success of 6 mice caught on the first go. He was confident that, that was all of them but relaid poison to ensure that it was all over. Ian came back today and no more mice. Absolutely fantastic service, he was professional from the get go and I can’t thank him enough for helping us to get rid of the mice!

February 5, 2025, Wednesday. It was just one of the worst days of my life. But at the same time, it was also the end. That day, unfortunately, I encountered a creature called Bed bug for the first time in my life. When I found a bug on my bed, I described its appearance online to identify it, and I was terrified. Out of fear, I researched many professional pest control services on the internet and decided to go with Ian. Ian is a real superhero. All Things Pest Control is truly a superhero... He not only restored my trust in people but also boosted my motivation. He made me believe that this could be eliminated, that we could overcome it. And he truly stood by my side with all his sincerity, kindness, and professionalism. I hope no one ever has to encounter this bug. I don’t know where it came from, who brought it, or how it got into my home. But somehow, it did, because they are hitchhikers, they can travel anywhere 🤦🏼‍♀️ Be very careful, bed bugs are not unique any more it is very common in the UK now, I hope you never have to meet it. But if you do, DO NOT worry, because ALL THINGS PESTS CONTROL (IAN) will be next to you... l Ian will always have your back and be by your side. He is not just a professional—he is also a very trustworthy and kind-hearted person. He will do everything he can to keep you strong and motivated. I have no doubt about that. Ian was brilliant sorting the issue with rats/mice at my house. Came back several times and really makes it feel like he’s in it with you, not just doing another job. Top guy as well. (See pics just before he went in my loft) 😂 Cheers Ian!

All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access. Great service, very reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. He was extremely polite, respectful when entering the house and was very knowledgeable, putting my mind at rest. A fantastic job at an excellent price. Great service. He came out quickly and got rid of the wasps nest with a single treatment. I've called on John for two separate nests over the past few years and it's been successfully dealt with each time. I would highly recommend him.

I had an outbreak of flies within my home, John was so helpful with initially giving tips rather than just taking my money immediately. As the outbreak continued he was able to come out to my house and was able to find the root of my problem. Along this gave me more useful tips and products to use in my home. I am officially fly free. John was very professional and very trustworthy, would strongly recommend.

The team from C2C came to fit my solar panel protection to stop birds nesting on the roof. They arrived and got to work straight away. The job they performed was neat and tidy and had minimal impact for me. I can thoroughly recommend their services. No scaffolding also meant the price was kept to a reasonable amount.

Horrified when rats infested our garden and garage but delighted with Copley Pest Solutions. Three visits seemed to do the trick. We paid extra at the end of the visits for sanitation 'fogging' in the garage as the place stank of them. The whole process ain't cheap but hopefully we're all clear of them now. Neil and Cory were prompt, polite, clearly explained everything and showed us the bait in the traps before and after and they were so careful to ensure everything was safe for our dog too. Good at providing advice too.

I have been super impressed with their communication from when I called their office to require their services to communicating with Craig on a weekly basis. Craig was prompt, polite, professional and gave me peace of mind throughout my small rodent treatment in my home.
