Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

Highly recommended! We recently called Aardvark Pest Control for what we thought was a wasp nest. The technician arrived within 2 hours and was very professional. He quickly identified that it was actually a honey bee colony that had already moved on and shared his wisdom. What really stood out was he refused to take any payment since there were no pests to deal with even when we offered to thank him for his quick response, we have kids who wanted to play in the garden so his swift response was really appreciated. We have used Aardvark Pest Control a couple of times now. He identified and sorted 2 wasps nests for us at our previous home and has since been to help with what we thought was something sinister in our loft but Ed quickly identified it was a bird and gave us advice on how to stop them from keep entering the loft space. Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked last minute (wasps) and he slotted me into an appointment within a couple of days. Ed arrived on time and spent some time checking for the nest at the property, which turned out to actually be a dead/old nest from earlier on in the year. Rang premier pest control a few days before Christmas as we had been hearing scratching in the walls , they said they would send someone out either that day or the next , shortly afterwards Drew rang and asked if it was ok to call in and take a look 20 minutes later he arrived. After a good look around the property he noticed an air brick had a large hole which he suspected was where the mice were getting in , he advised us what to use to block it up then proceeded to put bait all over he returned in the new year and put more bait down and then today to check everything was clear and if we had spotted or heard anything, thankfully we haven’t heard a thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this company again. I would like to add Drew is the most pleasant young man and such a pleasure to deal with thanks again Drew.

Contacted Premier Pest Control when I found a wasps nest in my loft. Great communication, lovely staff, called me to confirm the time and even managed to arrive early. Explained everything that would happen and had the job done in no time. All wasps dead and they said if any re occurrence then call. Highly recommended.

Great service. I found a very large wasps nest in my loft space and called Atlas. As I’d called very late in the day they promised to attend the following day which they did with a telephone call update to give me the precise time they would arrive. Very efficient father and son team both real gents. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very competitive price which was less than the quotes from two other firms I’d enquired with. Recommended.

We had the Atlas team clean out an entire vacant residential block in the middle of town after a window was left open and a flock of pigeons moved in ! You can guess the state of the place ! 😱 Jacob, Phil and the team came in and did a fantastic job of clearing it all, ripping out the carpets and underlay, then giving it a thorough clean ready for refurbishment. Wonderful service from start to finish from Harvey's environmental! I have been super impressed with their communication from when I called their office to require their services to communicating with Craig on a weekly basis. Craig was prompt, polite, professional and gave me peace of mind throughout my small rodent treatment in my home. He helped me solve where the field mouse was entering my property, and luckily eradicated the problem during the second treatment. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!
