Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted. Brilliant service and really lovely to deal with.

Paul & Dave have been absolutely incredible all the way through. Super professional, compassionate, passionate about their work, always took the time to explain next steps and to assist in any way they could. The most pleasant experience imaginable in what is a very stressful situation.

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

I had a telephone consultation on Saturday morning with Mike, regarding a potential infestation. During our consultation I sent Mike some photographs and he was then able to explain everything to me over the phone. Mike was very professional, reassuring and honest. I will definitely be in touch again, if I have anymore uninvited house guests.

Great service from Paddy and the team. I phoned them on the Friday with concerns of a pest problem in our loft and they arrived the next day. Paddy confirmed the issue and placed down the necessary treatment. Within 3 weeks the problem was fixed! Excellent service, great communication and rest assured they turn up in a discreet vehicle so your neighbours don’t know you’ve got a pest problem. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Jony was very professional and thorough. He did a great job on both occasions of plugging the holes and access points in our home, and he really put my mind at ease during the whole mouse situation. Top guy!

Highly recommend Cheshire Pest Solutions. They came out the day after I contacted them. Jim assessed the problem to decide the best course of action to treat a wasp nest in the loft He treated the nest from inside the loft very quickly with a chemical spray and advised me to stay away from angry wasps for about 2 hours. Excellent reliable service, fully explaining the process and at a fair price He and Gemma are both very friendly. Definitely recommend for your pest control needs!

I can’t recommend Cheshire Pest Solutions highly enough. We had a rat problem in our loft and Jim was very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. He set up cameras to monitor the movements of the rats, arranged a drainage company to come which he oversaw and really took the time to investigate where the issue was coming from. We felt so reassured by Jim and he dealt with the issue discreetly and effectively.

Spoke to Gemma and we arranged an appointment within the week to deal with a wasps nest. However later that morning Gemma rang back to say Jim had finished a job early and could come there and then. Jim came and explained what he would do. Very reassuring and very knowledgeable. Very quick to deal with the issue. All good. Very professional and would def recommend.

All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. Arthur was very prompt to come out on call and very professional. I'd been previously stung by a large pest control corporation who'd charged me a fortune for very little ant pest control. He came and located the problem ant nest and treated it thoroughly, and was clear about expectations. We also discovered a wasps nest and he treated that on the same call out despite it not being part of the call He came a second time promptlyand flexible and did a second treatment at a secondary site of ants. I cannot fault his service and I feel confident in knowing I can call him again, should I need to, and he will promptly and efficiently act on the issue. Go local with Arthur and avoid these cowboy corporations! Very reasonable prices.
