Excellent service. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from Deane! Came when he said he would, very competent, tidy and respectful of people and property. 3 visits for rat problem in loft and you pay on completion of the work. Highly recommend.

Really good and professional service! I called them yesterday for silverfish and rats problem, they gave me a free detailed phone consultation and they arranged a next day service! After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! We contacted this company as we had a mole in the garden for the first time in 25 years. The operative arrived quickly and laid traps. The company kept us informed of his arrival time and he was very prompt. As soon as he left, we saw no more signs of infestation. On the second visit, the operative found the perpetrator. The company even suggested a repayment of the third visit (we paid £240 in advance). Well done! We’ve got our garden back!!
