Luke is an absolute gent. Not only is he professional but he is caring and has that human touch. Our case was quite a complicated one but Luke was always there for us throughout the process. I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway. I contacted the company Sunday morning, not expecting anything back until Monday, but Luke had replied to me straight away and Monday he had sprayed and finished. super effective, super reliable, he has been checking in with myself daily to make sure everything's under control and he was so polite and at ease. Steve Ivell came and sorted out the pigeons who had nested under our solar panels. Steve is a mine of USEFUL information about pigeons, bugs, vermins ... and ... Solar Panels! He did a great job and I thoroughly recommend him.

On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Jony was very professional and thorough. He did a great job on both occasions of plugging the holes and access points in our home, and he really put my mind at ease during the whole mouse situation. Top guy!

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted. Brilliant service and really lovely to deal with.

Really good and professional service! I called them yesterday for silverfish and rats problem, they gave me a free detailed phone consultation and they arranged a next day service! Very reasonable price while another company was quoting more than three times of their price. Arrived on time, answered all my questions as I was really worried that the pest control will harm my dog. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know for any pest control.
