Excellent service. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access. Great service, very reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Contacted Ian recently after discovering a wasps nest in an empty property I had purchased. Ian came out the same day to deal with it. The nest was v big from my experience. About a meter in length and literally hundreds of wasps coming out of it into the property. After a couple of treatments, they are now all gone and cleaned up. Prompt service, good price.

On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Found wasps behind our wooden cladding on a Sunday. Messaged Andy and received a response very quickly. Arranged for him to come and deal with them the very next day whilst I was at work. I was worried about him damaging the new cladding but he took care and did it using extension poles rather than ladders to avoid damage. Price was less than Wigan council. When I arrived home from work they were totally gone and no sign of them has been seen since. Couldn't be any more perfect.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places.
