Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

Pest First have a lot of experience and have amazing customer service. Ahmed was proactive when coming into my home to really get to the root causes of the pest issue we had. He was also an excellent communicator to ensure he came at a suitable time and kept in touch in between visits to know about progress. Happy to say we have got on top of the problem! Would fully recommend using Pest First for any issues!!

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted. The team from C2C came to fit my solar panel protection to stop birds nesting on the roof. They arrived and got to work straight away. The job they performed was neat and tidy and had minimal impact for me. I can thoroughly recommend their services. No scaffolding also meant the price was kept to a reasonable amount.

Very impressed. Called Luke on a Sunday to deal with a wasp nest at my mum's house, he arrived within the hour and dealt with it immediately in an efficient, friendly manner. Highly recommend, I'll certainly be using Luke again!

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
