After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

Excellent service from Deniss! I managed to get locked inside my room. Rang a few places and Deniss was the only one who was generally helpful. He came so quick and was such a lovely gentleman. We had a key snapped inside the front door. I contacted a few emergency locksmiths and this one seemed reasonable in price. Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them. Andrew showed me what I had done wrong and tips on what I should do in future. I took some business cards from him to share with others in future. Highly recommended service

We have used Sure Locks over many years for various jobs including rebuilding a lock, replacing a patio door lock and locks on double glazing. They always respond to a call, keep you up to date on a call time and complete the job in a professional manner. An excellent company to employ.

I have used Sure Locks in the past and been completely satisfied so did not hesitate to call them again when my front door would not lock. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

I found car key masters to be really helpful and efficient. I rang Dan and he came round to my house promptly that evening to replace an old used car key. Very impressed with these guys! Asked for a quote at 9pm was answered right away and new key fob was cut and programmed by 11am the next morning! I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Always go here for key cutting. Reasonable and efficient. My front door key is a difficult cut and other locksmiths were unable to do. This locksmith was able to tell me it was an Italian key and cut the key no problem.

It's a shame there isn't 10* stars! What an amazing company, we phoned them out, as we where locked out of our home with 2 toddlers and a newborn! Due to a family member loosing the keys!.. However!.. L&E Ltd came out within 30 minutes at 2 in the morning, opened our door with minimal fuss nor noise, the engineer called Lee was brilliant! Extremely polite and knowledgeable which put us at ease! Within minutes our door is open and our lives back on track! Their emergency call out was initially quite expensive but needs must. We then had a problem with a faulty lock and their service couldn't be better. Replaced the faulty lock free of charge and also then upgraded our other 2 locks on external doors at a reasonable price. Very professional and polite.
