Rang up late at night for an emergency locksmith as our handle broke and we couldn’t open our front door. With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommended!

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Brad at Car Key Group. I’d been trying to resolve the issue with my spare car key (with keyless remote) for several weeks. It has initially worked then stopped & even a battery change didn’t help. We tried several other car key companies, to get advice & a quote, including the dealership who we bought the car from. However they all wanted to charge us a small fortune to just replace the key whereas Brad was able to help fix the key we had saving us a lot of time, money & effort. He was reliable, helpful & professional. We would definitely use Car Key Group again!

Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). My husband recently completed the practical phase of the course with Train Locksmiths. He's driven me mad with all of his fiddling, and decorating the sides of my living area with various locks, and picky things...but he's in his element. He contacted me throughout the course to tell me of how informative and hands on he had found each day. He is now really looking forward to a future in the Locksmith industry, and has come away full of confidence.

Did a level 3 auto locksmithing course with Train and it was really good. The instructors are very, very knowledgable and supportive. I can now do EEPROM, cloning, programming and vehicle entry confidently. I used my final ELC credit from the RAF and I have no regrets.
