Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Managed to get inside to retrieve them really fast, saving her petrol at the same time. Really polite, friendly and couldn’t have gone more out of his way to accommodate. Thanks again 😊

Steve was absolutely brilliant it was an emergency call out, he was here very quickly and communicated really well to reassure me on the time he would arrive as I had my dog locked inside the house and I was quite anxious about that. Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.
