Great job! Needed locks changing on front & back as just moved in. Fitted strong secure locks, including refitting the partially damaged back door as part of the service. Which was great Top bloke all done while people moving in and out. Even helped the ex tenants get their sofa out ha. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Excellent, effective, efficient fitting of a garage defender lock. The locksmith also came up with a fix for the garage door's open and close mechanism, so now it works properly. Friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Jordan was brilliant, we rang him on a Sunday afternoon after accidentally locking ourselves out and he was round within 20 minutes and got us back inside almost immediately and also sorted us x 2 spare keys too. Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Managed to get inside to retrieve them really fast, saving her petrol at the same time. Really polite, friendly and couldn’t have gone more out of his way to accommodate. Thanks again 😊

Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. Fantastic shop! I found them after my home had an attempted break-in. I looked up Ultion locks and Olympic Lock & Safeguards were my local authorised stockist. I found them to be very friendly and helpful, and they fully explained to me how to fit the new lock. Once back home, it took me less than 10 mins to do, thanks to their help and advice. Very good prices and super service. Shops as good as this are hard to find these days. Thanks so much for the superb service!
