I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

Always go here for key cutting. Reasonable and efficient. My front door key is a difficult cut and other locksmiths were unable to do. This locksmith was able to tell me it was an Italian key and cut the key no problem.

Went in to buy a new lock as I had lost the key for mine and it was in multiple pieces, the man said he could fix it for me and cut new keys which I'm sure was much cheaper than me buying a new lock! Very helpful and well priced

Very impressed with these guys! Asked for a quote at 9pm was answered right away and new key fob was cut and programmed by 11am the next morning! I saw another review claiming it was much more expensive than if they had done it elsewhere - please ignore it. Front door lock needed replacing. Josh, the locksmith, did a great job. Really helpful, great at finding solution to the problem(managed to get me into the house when locked out) and did a great job on refitting. Five star job👍

A friendly local locksmith providing everything from key cutting, locks, and safes. My old shed lock was a cheap foreign import. Dave found a suitable replacement that was much more secure. They even changed it from a left hand lock to a right hand lock. Use them if you need security updates. The prices are good too. Roger.
