Rang up late at night for an emergency locksmith as our handle broke and we couldn’t open our front door. James was there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within 20 minutes with great expertise. He is such a great guy who really cheered us up during the stressful time. Would highly recommend

Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

My husband recently completed the practical phase of the course with Train Locksmiths. Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Managed to get inside to retrieve them really fast, saving her petrol at the same time. Really polite, friendly and couldn’t have gone more out of his way to accommodate. Thanks again 😊

Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

I visited the shop today with a problem with a car key not working, I’d been to various other stores and non were able to help, the young gentleman was really helpful and noticed that the new batteries I had recently had put in were the wrong ones, so after weeks of setting my car alarm off every time I opened the door manually, it was fixed! And many thanks to the lovely and helpful assistant. Would definitely recommend and if I ever need anything else to do with keys and locks that will be where I’m going.
