I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Damon and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

Had a niggling issue with the front door lock for a while until it decided to eat the key! Found Sure Locks on Google and we made the call. Wife and toddler at home so keen to get sorted quickly. Sure locks out within the hour, replaced lock and also adjusted the door that was catching. Very professional and polite at all times. I'd recommend and use again without hesitation. The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! I needed more keys to be cut which they said they could do for me and they would drop them back off later in the day !!! Great services… highly recommend

Their emergency call out was initially quite expensive but needs must. We then had a problem with a faulty lock and their service couldn't be better. Replaced the faulty lock free of charge and also then upgraded our other 2 locks on external doors at a reasonable price. Very professional and polite.

It's a shame there isn't 10* stars! What an amazing company, we phoned them out, as we where locked out of our home with 2 toddlers and a newborn! Due to a family member loosing the keys!.. However!.. L&E Ltd came out within 30 minutes at 2 in the morning, opened our door with minimal fuss nor noise, the engineer called Lee was brilliant! Extremely polite and knowledgeable which put us at ease! Within minutes our door is open and our lives back on track! After locking myself out of my house and being messed around by another company, I got in touch with Kirsten who was able to come out within 20 minutes and managed to get me back into my house within minutes of arriving. Excellent service! I recently bought a property in the area which had no window keys and all the windows were locked. I thought I would have to pay for a locksmith to come out and cut specific keys for me. Luckily, at APL they have a bundle of all the possible master keys for windows for every manufacturer and I found the correct key which I was then able to get cut. The prices are super affordable and I highly recommend!

Had a problem with one of my keys the guys had the equipment to test the new battery and check the functioning of the key fob. Any questions l asked they were very knowledgeable. Very helpful people. They wouldn't let me pay when l asked how much, these guys are very trustworthy.
