Managed to lock myself and children out of the house. Luckily rang Nat who came out straight away and got us back in the house. He was friendly, courteous and reasonably priced. Even changed a mechanism on the door so I can’t lock us out again for free! Highly recommend.

After locking myself out of my house and being messed around by another company, I got in touch with Kirsten who was able to come out within 20 minutes and managed to get me back into my house within minutes of arriving. Her call out fee was very reasonable and she said she would try and get me in without having to drill or replace the lock, which she managed to do. Couldn't be happier with the service! I phoned Simon in the morning, and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and lift our front door which had dropped, and he also replaced the old lock with a nice new one, which has fixed the issues we were having with the door. The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

John fitted new locks and stays to our windows and came up with an ingenious way of keeping them wide open in warm weather. It was a fiddly job but his attention to detail was impressive.
