Couldn't be happier with the service! I phoned Simon in the morning, and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and lift our front door which had dropped, and he also replaced the old lock with a nice new one, which has fixed the issues we were having with the door. Called Simon the previous night after a key broke in the front door. He arrived punctually the next morning to replace the cylinder of the multi-lock rock door, with a more modern version.
