Jordan was brilliant, we rang him on a Sunday afternoon after accidentally locking ourselves out and he was round within 20 minutes and got us back inside almost immediately and also sorted us x 2 spare keys too. Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

My key was stuck inside the lock from the inside of the house. Savvas came and was extremely helpful. He was very professional and explained the whole situation to us along with the necessary processes that needed to be done. We had a key snapped inside the front door. I contacted a few emergency locksmiths and this one seemed reasonable in price. Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them. Excellent service from Deniss! I managed to get locked inside my room. Rang a few places and Deniss was the only one who was generally helpful. He came so quick and was such a lovely gentleman. I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! I contacted Jordan because I had lost my front door key. He was able to pick the back door lock, allowing me to enter the property and get the back door key inside. It was icy temperatures and my cat was waiting impatiently inside for his food and medication. I was very grateful that Jordan arrived so quickly and worked so efficiently. The price was reasonable and Jordan was very friendly, which certainly helped in the stressful situation.
