Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

French door locking mechanism failed so called Elite365 Locksmiths. Arrived promptly, work completed with full explanation. Fair price on labour and parts. Very happy with the finished job. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their UPVC door locks.

Damon was amazing. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door. I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Damon and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Called in twice when I was having a problem with the lock on my car. First time, they tried to sort a new key, but unfortunately it didn't work so they didn't charge me, actually giving me a refund of what I'd paid for the key. Then after I'd had the lock taken out of the door, I took it into the shop. He rebuilt the lock and issued me with a new key that worked, all at an extremely reasonable cost. And what's more, he'd done it within an hour, something I definitely wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent, friendly, prompt service that doesn't fleece you!

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. Used Tom numerous times. He’s changed all my locks to high security locks, fitted new garage locks when I lost my keys, sorted my sticking patio doors and changed handle on my front door when it went faulty. Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.
