Called in twice when I was having a problem with the lock on my car. First time, they tried to sort a new key, but unfortunately it didn't work so they didn't charge me, actually giving me a refund of what I'd paid for the key. Then after I'd had the lock taken out of the door, I took it into the shop. He rebuilt the lock and issued me with a new key that worked, all at an extremely reasonable cost. And what's more, he'd done it within an hour, something I definitely wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent, friendly, prompt service that doesn't fleece you!

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. Tom is extremely kind, prompt, and thorough in his locksmith work - I can't recommend him more highly! I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Damon and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Very pleased with the alarm fitted recently, they arrived exactly on time were very tidy when working and cleared up after themselves. Checked things with me and explained different aspects of the alarm. I would definitely recommend.

Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.

Ryno locksmiths fitted a new alarm in our house . They were very professional and friendly. They removed some of the old system very neatly. They also replaced a damage cable with a new one to the telephone box , improving our internet coverage. They were both very knowledgeable and ensured the alarm system covered all key areas. They fully explain how to use the system and walked us through the system and use of the app and the key fob . They gave us a call the next day to check we were ok with the system and had no problems. We would definitely recommend them to others

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommended!

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service!
