Called in twice when I was having a problem with the lock on my car. First time, they tried to sort a new key, but unfortunately it didn't work so they didn't charge me, actually giving me a refund of what I'd paid for the key. Then after I'd had the lock taken out of the door, I took it into the shop. He rebuilt the lock and issued me with a new key that worked, all at an extremely reasonable cost. And what's more, he'd done it within an hour, something I definitely wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent, friendly, prompt service that doesn't fleece you!

Tom is extremely kind, prompt, and thorough in his locksmith work - I can't recommend him more highly! After our flat was broken into, he came quickly to install high-security locks (even arriving late at night). We felt immensely lucky to have his courteous and thoughtful service. His prices are also very reasonable, and we can't thank him enough for all his help :)

I've used Tom previously when my front door was insecure came out same day put me at ease and the cheapest price by far. Contacted him today as my elderley parent was concerned as next door had car stolen broken into house and accessed via my parents garden, contacted Tom and he went to secure the house.
