I needed to change the house door lock following a break in attempt. The staff identified the broken lock as rubbish and identified a suitable, much more robust alternative which would fit. It was a doddle to fit. I also got a couple of padlocks to replace some I have fitted to gates. I very much appreciated the technical help on selecting the appropriate locks and fitting tips. A fantastic service and reasonable prices. Now my default locksmith.

Incredible service right from the first email to the fitting of new locks. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgable. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. We used Adam because of a sticky back door that jammed when opening it. Adam assured us there wasn’t a problem with the locks it was the fact the doors weren’t aligned correctly. He quickly rectified the issue great work!! Highly recommend
