Emma did a fantastic job! She met with us before the event, talked through all of the options and sent plans through with lots of time to spare. She did a fantastic job in transforming the space from a drab conference room into a wonderful catwalk and event space. I would definitely recommend Emma and wouldn't hesitate in using her again!

I booked ASIANA event management for my Nikka event. My friend told me to try them. The team was Really friendly. They did videography and photography also decorated our venue for our engagement. Their price was very reasonable. They have worked really hard to make it good as possible. I will tell everyone to book ASIANA event management for your special day.

Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Everyone in my family is in awe of Asianas work. I will definitely recommend to anyone getting married soon In’Sha’Allah.

Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. As a very indecisive and unorganised couple, we needed help so put our trust in Jess. Choosing Jess as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made and enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams! Jess is so professional, organised and knowledgeable in every single department and we are so glad we hired Jess so early on in the planning. If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. You are truly the best in the business & delivered a day that we will never ever forget & we know it would not have been possible without you. Hosted our wedding reception on 10/02/24 and we couldn't of asked for a better evening. From day 1 planning right up to the final minutes of the night the team were on hand to help. Amazing homemade food went down a treat with all the guests commenting on how nice it all was! And to top it off the Venue is absolutely beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice! Highly recommend and can’t wait to attend again for many more events.

We held our wedding at The Old School Rooms this weekend and it was a lovely, joyous experience. We can’t thank them enough. Tricia and Dave offered great guidance in the run up to the wedding. Talking us through the process and the intricacies, quickly replying to any queries and liaising with 3rd parties. They were really accommodating to our ideas and helped make them a reality. The staff on the day were really friendly and helpful. The venue itself was beautiful and full of character. A lot of our guests were really impressed. We also really appreciated just how secure it was, as we had a lot of children attending. The courtyard was both beautiful AND practical. Food went down a treat! Would recommend!

Where to begin. We spent a very long time looking at different venues and options for our wedding. The team at the Old School Rooms were the first to make an impression that made us feel like the day could be completely ours without the need to spend a fortune. Every step of planning was made so easy for us, we had limitless choice of how the day could be as well as guidance on all aspects of making things personal and special. An absolute 10/10 for reassurance and planning. When our special day finally came, there was not a single hitch or stress that we were aware of. The bridal suite was fully equipped for the ladies and there was a space put aside for the gents arrival. Even at this late stage, the team made sure everyone was happy, ready and reassured. The ceremony was conducted by registrars from Rochdale MBC, the communication in arranging a proper service was crystal clear and the great relationship between the team at OSR and the registrars made things even easier. Following the ceremony, there was ample opportunity for some great photos as well as some of the best food I’ve ever eaten at an occasion like this. The quality, presentation and volume of canapés was amazing. The only pain for us was narrowing down our choices as everything we sampled was so good! The wedding breakfast meal was perfect, we struggled to make a choice on what to serve but the teams recommendations were of a very high standard. Again, our only struggle was narrowing down the vast choice that we had. In the end, we agreed on a Greek style meal which satisfied annd impressed everyone. Moving into the evening, our DJ (DJ Flash) and his relationship with the venue were of immeasurable value. It’s clear that these guys enjoy working together and understand how to make things special. Our choices of music were all there and we made the right choice in leaving the flow of music in the DJs hands. The music flowed perfectly through the day and night. Our evening buffet was all BBQ themed and I don’t think there was a person there who didn’t truly enjoy it. Considerstion was taken to be inclusive to guests of different faiths and nobody was left hungry. The true measure is our memories of the day and we can honestly say that there’s not a negative we can make an example of. Absolutely every aspect of our wedding was made personal and tailored to our needs and desires. Drinks are fairly priced, the food was of the highest standard and the warmth and guidance of the team are second to none. We would whole heartedly recommend the Old School Rooms for a wedding, the cost, planning and execution of the day could not have been more perfect for us. Thank you so so much!

we have had the best experience working with CWA throughout the preparations of our wedding. They have always been quick to respond. On the day itself, both Carla and Chelsea were absolutely brilliant. They took such care and patience in ensuring every smallest detail of our wedding had films and shots of. They were also extremely professional yet exude joy to be around. When weddings are long and busy, it can be rather stressful but they made it comfortable for everyone. I was worried they would be impatient or tired towards the end but they made us feel special through even after their times were up, and kept smiling and congratulating us. It is that small touch that made it so much more special. Photos and films were done to such perfection. We are still struggling to decide which to print! All in all, an absolute pleasure to work with CWA taking on one of the most important roles of our wedding. We can’t thank you enough.

I used this company for my wedding in July and they were absolutely fantastic. I received great communication from start to finish, Jonathan was available for any questions I had at any point with very prompt responses. I had a combined package of photography and videography and we barely knew they were there. They were so discreet and professional! The photos and videos are breathtaking.
