Coops magician!!! He was amazing, fun energetic and entertaining for all of the guests at the wedding at the reception! He made sure to go around everyone and especially the bride and groom. He even gave us a seperate magic card performance! This gave us time for ourselves and also made us shocked and amazed as to how he does all of his tricks! Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork. I know what I'm talking about when I heap praise on Helen, I've been around the block having managed luxury hotels around the world for over 20 years and in my second career as a toastmaster for 15 years. I can tell you that Helen is right up there at the top of her profession On Saturday last once again I had the pleasure of working with Helen for a wedding at the palatial Old Palace, Chester. From the very start at Chester Cathedral to the first dance and conclusion it all ran perfectly with Helen and her team quietly, calmly & most efficiently ensuring this special day had a most successful outcome.

Where to start..... I can not ever thank Helen enough for giving us the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our absolute DREAMS last September. When I first came across Helen back in 2019, I knew instantly from looking at her beautiful website and following our initial consultation that Helen was exactly the person I wanted and needed to have planning our wedding with us; I never needed to consider any other planners, I knew straight away that Helen and her team were going to be the ones for us. Initially, my (now) Husband was against the idea of spending money on a wedding planner however with heavy work schedules and dreams of a luxurious wedding but not knowing a thing about the industry, there was no doubt that it was a battle he was not going to win; he will be the first person now to say it was the BEST decision we made in the whole of the planning process. Having Helen on board paid even more dividends when COVID hit and we were faced with two postponements; Helen took so much stress away from us during that time, showed us so much care and I have no doubts that Helens reputation and highly respected position in the wedding industry meant that we were luckily able to move the wedding date on both occasions with minimal financial impact. Helen is not only the ultimate professional, she is just the most wonderful person and I will be forever grateful that we were able to share such a special time with her and have her support for every step of the way. Her eye for the small details, her impeccable taste, along with her non-nonsense approach and wealth of knowledge really did help create a dream day for us and our families, far beyond any expectations. Zoey has styled several events for me and has always surpassed all of my very high expectations. She can turn anything from a bare warehouse to a tipi into a luxurious and supercool environment. She has great vision and when this comes to fruition it is spectacular. She is extremely hard working and very reliable. Top Table were our chosen caterers for our big day in April 2023 at the Oak Tree of Peover. The BEST decision we ever made, honestly! From the minute we contacted them, the service was incredible. From the free tasting session (where the food was so good that we booked them the same day), all the way up to the wedding, where they acted as our wedding coordinators. The food was out of this world, honestly the guests are still talking about it now. The service from the wait staff on the day was unmatched - so quick, efficient and friendly. Hannah, who was our wedding coordinator on the day, was absolutely brilliant! Constantly checking up and making sure we were okay and happy and things ran like clockwork! There was honestly nothing to worry or stress about, it was just PERFECT. Thank you all at Top Table who helped make this the best day of our lives!

Top Table had been wonderful from the initial introductions at our wedding venues (Sandhole Oak Barn) wedding fair (a mouthful to say) all the way through to when the big day finally arrived. We were kept well informed with how the day would play out; we were told that as the bride and groom, canapés would be be-lined to us as a priority so we wouldn’t have to worry. The food was absolutely phenomenal, it’s just a shame we couldn’t have everything we tried on the tasting menu because it was all unbelievable (even for a Sunday morning at 10am) but our selection of food for the big day was unreal! A special mention to Jake who led charge on our big day. From first introductions, we had his number, nothing was too much for him and his dry sense of humour was fantastic. Thank you to all the team for making the day unforgettable!!

Top Table were absolutely fantastic and all our wedding guests commented on how amazing the food was! The staff were all brilliant, from keeping us organised and making sure we had everything in place ready for the day, to being so professional, friendly and organised on the day of the wedding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Top table were our caterers in August at the Oak Tree of Peover. They were so helpful creating a menu for us and especially for accommodating quite a long list of guest allergies and intolerances. The staff were really lovely and we felt they went out of their way to be helpful to us. They also boxed up our leftovers and cake at the end of the day from our buffet which was hugely appreciated! The tasting we had back in January was delicious, and really helped us choose what we wanted for our menu. I'm still dreaming of the chicken we had for our main course! So sad we didn't think to take a photo of our food, but our photographer luckily took some pics of the starter and main. Portion sizes were great too and we definitely didn't hear any complaints about being hungry! Definitely recommend a trio of desserts! It was extremely helpful going through a plan of timings for the day, the document sent really helped us when answering questions from other suppliers, venue and registrars! Wow, where to start! We tied the knot last weekend and I can safely say it was the best day of our lives - much of which we owe to Andrea. We began our journey with Andrea back in October 2021 and from the outset we were impressed with her attention to detail and encouraged by her enthusiasm. It was clear that we were in safe hands with her and that nothing would be left to chance. There were a number of things that we wouldn't have considered had it not been for Andrea, and these details really made the difference on the day. She made the process as stress-free as possible, whilst ensuring we met decision deadlines, and always had our best interests at heart, taking time to understand our vision - even when we struggled to define it ourselves! On the day of the wedding we were simply bowled with how everything had come together - the marquees, the flowers, the bar area, the staff and service, the lighting - and for this we had Andrea to thank. She was clearly respected and appreciated by all the suppliers who were involved, which further validated that she is a professional at the top of her game. Andrea made sure that the day went smoothly, making sure things transitioned at the right time without being intrusive in the slightest. Fantastic, exclusive wedding venue. Had the pleasure of delivering a ceremony here 8th Feb 2025 and Chloe was lovely to deal with.The whole event was well managed, all the staff were very obliging and friendly. Food was delicious, the venue looked wonderful, and the accommodation was beautiful....though we didn't spend much time there! Would highly recommend.

I photographed a wedding here recently and wow what a venue! Everything is just perfect for your special day. From the spacious and light bridal prep room through to the pretty ceremony room and the amazing views outside. They even accomodated the brides horse for a visit!

Wow, where can I start! We had our wedding at Heaton House in May 2023, and it was the best day of our lives. I fell in love with the venue as soon as I saw it, the barns are beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the staff are fabulous! Joanne was our coordinator and we absolutely cannot fault her. She was lovely, and very reassuring and calming! Our day went so smoothly and this was all down to Joanne and the team in the background keeping things running and making sure ourselves and our guests were happy. The food for our wedding was a majorly big deal for us, being massive food lovers and in particular curry lovers! We wanted something a little different that suited us. We chose the ‘street stall’ food options and oh my word - it did not disappoint! We had the choice of 3 different food carts - we chose Indian, Greek and British. The food was to die for and there was something to suit everyone, and plenty of it! I had a plate of each! We had so many compliments from guests regarding the food, everyone loved it and everyone thought it was delicious. The honeymoon suite and the bridal preparation room are gorgeous, we had so much fun before the wedding even began! We stayed the night before and were helped with anything we needed, then we had a beautiful bridal brunch whilst getting ready for the big day, music on, Prosecco flowing! Our whole experience was perfect from start to finish, Joanne and the team were just an email away whenever we had any questions and always timely with responses. We felt very supported. We would recommend Heaton House and the team to Brides and Grooms on the hunt for their perfect wedding venue - you definitely won’t regret it!
