Wow, where to start! We tied the knot last weekend and I can safely say it was the best day of our lives - much of which we owe to Andrea. We began our journey with Andrea back in October 2021 and from the outset we were impressed with her attention to detail and encouraged by her enthusiasm. It was clear that we were in safe hands with her and that nothing would be left to chance. There were a number of things that we wouldn't have considered had it not been for Andrea, and these details really made the difference on the day. She made the process as stress-free as possible, whilst ensuring we met decision deadlines, and always had our best interests at heart, taking time to understand our vision - even when we struggled to define it ourselves! On the day of the wedding we were simply bowled with how everything had come together - the marquees, the flowers, the bar area, the staff and service, the lighting - and for this we had Andrea to thank. She was clearly respected and appreciated by all the suppliers who were involved, which further validated that she is a professional at the top of her game. Andrea made sure that the day went smoothly, making sure things transitioned at the right time without being intrusive in the slightest. Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Everyone in my family is in awe of Asianas work. I will definitely recommend to anyone getting married soon In’Sha’Allah.

Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork. I know what I'm talking about when I heap praise on Helen, I've been around the block having managed luxury hotels around the world for over 20 years and in my second career as a toastmaster for 15 years. I can tell you that Helen is right up there at the top of her profession On Saturday last once again I had the pleasure of working with Helen for a wedding at the palatial Old Palace, Chester. From the very start at Chester Cathedral to the first dance and conclusion it all ran perfectly with Helen and her team quietly, calmly & most efficiently ensuring this special day had a most successful outcome.

Top table were our caterers in August at the Oak Tree of Peover. They were so helpful creating a menu for us and especially for accommodating quite a long list of guest allergies and intolerances. The staff were really lovely and we felt they went out of their way to be helpful to us. They also boxed up our leftovers and cake at the end of the day from our buffet which was hugely appreciated! The tasting we had back in January was delicious, and really helped us choose what we wanted for our menu. I'm still dreaming of the chicken we had for our main course! So sad we didn't think to take a photo of our food, but our photographer luckily took some pics of the starter and main. Portion sizes were great too and we definitely didn't hear any complaints about being hungry! Definitely recommend a trio of desserts! It was extremely helpful going through a plan of timings for the day, the document sent really helped us when answering questions from other suppliers, venue and registrars! Top Table had been wonderful from the initial introductions at our wedding venues (Sandhole Oak Barn) wedding fair (a mouthful to say) all the way through to when the big day finally arrived. We were kept well informed with how the day would play out; we were told that as the bride and groom, canapés would be be-lined to us as a priority so we wouldn’t have to worry. The food was absolutely phenomenal, it’s just a shame we couldn’t have everything we tried on the tasting menu because it was all unbelievable (even for a Sunday morning at 10am) but our selection of food for the big day was unreal! A special mention to Jake who led charge on our big day. From first introductions, we had his number, nothing was too much for him and his dry sense of humour was fantastic. Thank you to all the team for making the day unforgettable!!

PERFECT! 🤍 We booked with 15 months to go, and Top Table were amazing throughout the whole journey. They made everything so easy that it felt like something was missing, but it wasn’t. I just didn’t expect to to be so calm! Our wedding day ran so smoothly and perfectly, and we are so grateful for Jake, who helped manage us throughout the day, as it was such a blur! With 2 weeks to go, we also discovered we were expecting.. Top Table helped hide this with secret drinks and conversations throughout the day, so our guests were none the wiser! Andy was an unforgettable addition to our wedding, leaving our guests mesmerised and thoroughly entertained during that lull between the ceremony and the meal. While we were off getting our photos taken, Andy worked his magic—literally—keeping everyone captivated with his mind-blowing sleight of hand and charm. But he didn’t just stop there! Before he left, he made a point to seek us out and absolutely dazzle us with a card trick unlike anything we’d ever seen. I can’t help but laugh when I say, “Never trust a magician!”—because just when you think you’ve caught onto one trick, they’re already working their magic somewhere else. Coops magician!!! He was amazing, fun energetic and entertaining for all of the guests at the wedding at the reception! He made sure to go around everyone and especially the bride and groom. He even gave us a seperate magic card performance! This gave us time for ourselves and also made us shocked and amazed as to how he does all of his tricks! He is so talented and they were great and mesmerising! I would highly recommend his services

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Fantastic, exclusive wedding venue. Had the pleasure of delivering a ceremony here 8th Feb 2025 and Chloe was lovely to deal with.The whole event was well managed, all the staff were very obliging and friendly. Food was delicious, the venue looked wonderful, and the accommodation was beautiful....though we didn't spend much time there! Would highly recommend.

We had our dream weeding! We wanted a traditional Pakistani/ Muslim wedding in a timeless venue. Heaton House was our first choice and we knew nothing would compare. We initially struggled with the thought of only being able to use a list of approved providers, particularly because we required traditional pakistani/ halal cuisine. We used Seven Seas Caterers who delivered food BEYOND expectations. The planning and support from the Heaton House Farm team, particularly Nicola and Harriet was very reassuring and supportive to ensure the correct choices were made. The owner, Mick is also a lovely gentleman. We used the startlight roof for our Qawali. It was something out of this world. I viewed so many venues before making a decision but this was our first viewing and nothing can compare. No regrets, just amazing memories and the knowledge we had our dream moment. The Heaton House Venue is magical and the team are magicians!!

Wow, where can I start! We had our wedding at Heaton House in May 2023, and it was the best day of our lives. I fell in love with the venue as soon as I saw it, the barns are beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the staff are fabulous! Joanne was our coordinator and we absolutely cannot fault her. She was lovely, and very reassuring and calming! Our day went so smoothly and this was all down to Joanne and the team in the background keeping things running and making sure ourselves and our guests were happy. The food for our wedding was a majorly big deal for us, being massive food lovers and in particular curry lovers! We wanted something a little different that suited us. We chose the ‘street stall’ food options and oh my word - it did not disappoint! We had the choice of 3 different food carts - we chose Indian, Greek and British. The food was to die for and there was something to suit everyone, and plenty of it! I had a plate of each! We had so many compliments from guests regarding the food, everyone loved it and everyone thought it was delicious. The honeymoon suite and the bridal preparation room are gorgeous, we had so much fun before the wedding even began! We stayed the night before and were helped with anything we needed, then we had a beautiful bridal brunch whilst getting ready for the big day, music on, Prosecco flowing! Our whole experience was perfect from start to finish, Joanne and the team were just an email away whenever we had any questions and always timely with responses. We felt very supported. We would recommend Heaton House and the team to Brides and Grooms on the hunt for their perfect wedding venue - you definitely won’t regret it!
