I can not recommend Plan-it events more! They go above and beyond for what you want/need! I’m last minute larry with everything and Adam managed to get my daughters birthday welcome sign made very last minute and all ready to go for us to pick up the day before the party! My daughter was over the moon with this and it’s exact how we wanted it! I can not thank you enough Adam your so talented at what you do! Will 100% be using you again in the future and recommend you to friends/family!❤️❤️

Would recommend using this place, excellent customer service and very friendly! I was last minute for an elf arrival balloon they had no boxes left but I paid for a candy cane balloon instead. When I collected the day after they had put an extra elf balloon on I was made up with this kind gesture! My little boy was made up this morning! Thank you again I will certainly be back again

I ordered my daughter's birthday balloons from Adam. He couldn't help me enough from start to finish. The booking and deposit process were so easy. The prices were excellent and such good value for money compared to most now! The balloons are created without missing tiny details and have lasted, so far, over a week since her birthday and still going strong! They were exactly what I wanted/expected but even BETTER! I've now ordered balloons for Christmas and my son's birthday and would not go anywhere else! Adam is the best at what he does! 🫶🏻 xx

Andy was really great and professional.I hired him for my partners big birthday party.He was introducing himself to guests and asking about any music requests.Very friendly and chatty.Music he played was great and everyone that came to our party had a amazing time including birthday boy and me. Really pleased with Ice, DJ was great and balloons and letters (even though ordered at last minute) were fab and well placed. DJ also had a slide show to which are chosen photos were uploaded. Would definitely use Ice again. Many thanks for making our party a success.

Ice Entertainment has supported a number of our events, most recently our annual awards event. They supplied and set up, which consisted of a great light-up sign, unreal table decorations, a light-up dance floor and a 360 photo booth. Big shout out to Steve our MC and DJ who was also supplied by ICE. Steve was great at reading the room, getting staff onto the dance floor and building the energy. Would highly recommend their overall service and will definitely use them again.

Charlotte planned our wedding for well over a year from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services, nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, from recommending and booking all of our suppliers to answering all of my queries and organising the finer details on the day. We were always in constant communication with each other. She always remembered everything I mentioned about my vision and the aesthetics for the day and her attention to detail really stood out for me. All of our guests commented how well organised our wedding day was and it really took the stress away from us on the day so that we could just sit back, take it all in and enjoy ourselves. I found Charlotte through instagram and since the first initial phone call I knew she was the perfect wedding planner! Having to rearrange the wedding due to the pandemic, Charlotte made the whole process so stress free and went over & beyond to sort this for us. Our wedding was planned throughout covid as we got engaged the day before the national lockdown so we knew wedding planning wasn’t going to be straight forward in the early stages with all of the restrictions! We met with Charlotte who supported us through the wedding planning process, she arranged venue viewings and gave recommendations for reliable suppliers and made contact with them on our behalf (and they were all absolutely brilliant!!!). As well as offering her advice when it came to venue decoration and flowers - something we had no idea about and really appreciated the guidance . Charlotte co-ordinated the running order of the day and communicated amongst suppliers. On the day, it ran so smoothly, Charlotte worked in the background to ensure everything was in order so we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the lead up, people would tell us that wedding planning is extremely stressful, however we didn’t feel any of that and we’re so relaxed, thanks to Charlotte!

We initially contacted Charlotte a couple of years ago to plan our wedding. She was brilliant from the get go - extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The pandemic hit and we had to re arrange our wedding. Charlotte went over and beyond to sort this for us. It was an extremely stressful time and Charlotte made everything so easy for us. Peter sang and dj’d at our wedding on last Saturday (8th July) and he was honestly amazing. He sang my wife down the aisle and played whilst we were signing the marriage certificate. He then did the night do and did more than then sets he promised. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how good he was. He kept everyone entertained and went above and beyond. He has such an amazing and can read the room with the music. He was so friendly and down to earth. He wedding so special I can’t thank him enough. Thank you Peter for everything.

We used Peter for our wedding at Alberts Standish Wigan on the 6th May 2023. Peter was amazing and did exactly what he said he would do and ("PLAYED THE ROOM)., we had an age range of 20's to 80's year olds with everyone on the dance floor. Peter also sang for three sessions throughout the day/night and as an amazing voice. The price is very reasonable and well worth the money. Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

What can I say I messaged Pure Elegance after I had a very unprofessional experience with another company I will not mention names, Donna and her team really made my dreams come true, she helped me pick my wedding flowers and listened to me stress about wedding stuff for weeks on ends. We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking.
