As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. To top it all off the bar and display looked stunning. Very professional set up! The whole team were there throughout the day asking if we needed anything. Definitely made the day special!

Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!
