Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. To top it all off the bar and display looked stunning. Very professional set up! The whole team were there throughout the day asking if we needed anything. Definitely made the day special!

We cannot recommend Mr Flavour Events enough! From the moment we first made contact, we knew that we were working with a team who could provide a bespoke service that perfectly met our needs. The team were so professional, communication was exemplary and their service was beyond phenomenal! Our wedding guests had the most incredible time, loved all the cocktails, loved all the bartenders (and their banter!) and we all loved the extra surprises eg smoking shots on the dance floor. Ali did an incredible job DJ-ing at our wedding! We had such a fantastic time celebrating, and Ali kept the energy up all night - everyone keeps telling us how much fun they had. He was professional and personal in the lead up to the day, turned our playlist of suggested songs into a coherent order, was accommodating to requests on the night and everything ran as smoothly as possible. Rang a few companies who were pushy and/or expensive. Ali at Birch & All Events was a hero. We got a fantastic deal on a princess bouncy castle, soft play and didi bikes and the kids at the party had an amazing time. Ali got everything set up on time before we had even got there, gave me a ring to let me know it was all done and was very professional throughout. Will definitely be using Birch & All Events time and time again as my girls grow up!

Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Everyone in my family is in awe of Asianas work. I will definitely recommend to anyone getting married soon In’Sha’Allah.

We had the pleasure of working with IWE recently for a client wedding and they were very professional and easy to deal with. Georgie & Megan are both lovely, friendly and so helpful, they really made us feel like part of the wedding team on the day. A huge thank you to Georgina and Megan. We got married in October 2017. What do you need to know - We went for a late start with a 4 pm service meaning the day and daylight was slightly shorter than many weddings. - We had 150 guests many who had flown over from as far away as Oz and Singapore. -The biggest storm of the year graced us with its presence - gale force winds and torrential rain! Storm Brian! How did the team do? - 10/10. I was dressed like a (stylish) geisha with a 10 foot trail. Despite the rain, cars were put on without asking to get me to ceremony room. - Before entering the service room, a white table cloth was sacrificed for me to stand on to stop the dress getting wet and numerous staff including Ian protecting me with brollies whilst my trail and veil was sorted. -Guests were whipped away in buggies to the drinks afterwards - as slick as you could get. - The drinks reception was extended without any questions asked of Dan & I so we could get our wellies on for some outside pictures! Ian the master of ceremony sacrificed yet another table cloth so madam here didn’t get her dress dirty during the pictures!! - The room was AMAZING. Floor to ceiling fairy lights, flowers, feathers, room wash, white covered stage where the band played jazz during dinner, Matt Windsor joined us for some close up magic. We brought in chairs and a 6 foot wide long tables. Trails of flowers everywhere. - All of this was seamlessly coordinated by the girls along with all of my silly details from menu cards to wooden table names. The girls even managed to get a load of guests out for some bonfire sparklers action after dinner! We live in London so much of the arranging was done either by email or visits to the venue. Georgina and Megan stayed late on Friday evenings for us to sort the wedding when we visited Knutsford and gave us a huge amount of time and great service. All of the tables were set up over night along with the lights which took hours (I’m told to go up) all the while Dan & I could hold our warm up drinks in Knutsford the night before. If you want great attention to detail, a hassle free day, great service, seamless coordination and an eye for detail then I would definitely recommend Georgina and Megan. I’d love to do it all over again! Thanks Georgina & Megan for a great day. Xx

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. Where to start..... I can not ever thank Helen enough for giving us the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our absolute DREAMS last September. When I first came across Helen back in 2019, I knew instantly from looking at her beautiful website and following our initial consultation that Helen was exactly the person I wanted and needed to have planning our wedding with us; I never needed to consider any other planners, I knew straight away that Helen and her team were going to be the ones for us. Initially, my (now) Husband was against the idea of spending money on a wedding planner however with heavy work schedules and dreams of a luxurious wedding but not knowing a thing about the industry, there was no doubt that it was a battle he was not going to win; he will be the first person now to say it was the BEST decision we made in the whole of the planning process. Having Helen on board paid even more dividends when COVID hit and we were faced with two postponements; Helen took so much stress away from us during that time, showed us so much care and I have no doubts that Helens reputation and highly respected position in the wedding industry meant that we were luckily able to move the wedding date on both occasions with minimal financial impact. Helen is not only the ultimate professional, she is just the most wonderful person and I will be forever grateful that we were able to share such a special time with her and have her support for every step of the way. Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork.
