We were looking for something special for our wedding at Colshaw Hall and were recommended 'The Word Is Love.' After perusing through the extensive catalogue (we were spoilt for choice), we settled on the 4ft rustic letters for our surname which provided the perfect backdrop for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception! Suzy and Ollie were very quick to respond to our enquiries and made the whole process extremely straight forward - from the initial booking, set up at the venue and collection the next day. Suzy and Ollie communicated directly with the venue which we were incredibly appreciative of! Thank you Suzy and Ollie and the Word is Love team for being a part of our special day and providing us with the perfect backdrop (and our guests with some amazing photo opportunities!)

Brilliant service! We bought a custom neon light and hired a frame and disco balls for our wedding. All the props looked amazing and the disco balls absolutely made my day! They were beautiful. Also the booking process and the delivery and collection of the props was seamless, would definitely recommend

We just had our wedding on Saturday and used The Word is Love to hire a wooden arch with neon sign. Suzy was great at replying to emails and so helpful when we decided to change to a smaller arch! On the day the arch and neon sign looked fab and gave a lovely glow to the day, the arch was then used in the evening and again, looked great! We would definitely use them again 💖

Jess came to dress my ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful! we got to keep the photos and frame from the LOVE ladder! Hired Jessica to dress the room for my daughter's 18th birthday party. She did an absolutely amazing job. The room looked beautiful and was so person centred and fitting to my daughters taste. Jessica was so helpful from the very start and even helped book the room for me I was holding the event in. Her communication skills are on point and her rates are brilliant and certainly for how much hard work she puts into it. Will definitely be using vintage events again for future parties/events.

Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

What can I say I messaged Pure Elegance after I had a very unprofessional experience with another company I will not mention names, Donna and her team really made my dreams come true, she helped me pick my wedding flowers and listened to me stress about wedding stuff for weeks on ends. We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Everyone in my family is in awe of Asianas work. I will definitely recommend to anyone getting married soon In’Sha’Allah.

Fabulous from start to finish - from the first initial consultations to the end everything was perfect. Had many guests comment on how stunning the room was, and it was exactly what I wanted! A pink flowery wonderland! Kole are really responsive and happy to make changes if needed to ensure the day is perfect. we went for the real flowers and loved having the wedding flowers in our house for a few days afterwards

Kim & Nicole styled our wedding at Heaton House Farm in May this year. We first heard about them as a recommended supplier through our venue and soon learned they were the best people for what we wanted. We set up a meeting and away we went. Kole sent us a personalised quote which gave us the ability to pick and choose what we wanted to fit into our budget which was amazing. The girls were even able to make up a new seating plan for us the week before our wedding due to last minute guest changes! We had an fantastic day and our wedding decor was just what we wanted and how we had imagined it would be all thanks to Kim & Nicole!

Kole events dressed my wedding for me back in May last year and I can’t express enough what a godsend they were! Walking into the ceremony room for the first time on the day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away away! It looked magical. Kim and Nicole had transformed my vision into a reality even more so completely surpassing my expectations. Every little detail was perfection and it made me feel even more like a princess in a fairytale setting. Not only do these ladies have a fantastic eye for decor and design, but they worked tirelessly throughout the day transforming the room into the perfect ceremony, to the most stunning wedding breakfast setting and then again for the evening reception. Additionally, they were so easy to get on with. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for making my venue look so exquisite. Worth every penny!

Kole really listened and understood the decor and detailing we wanted for our wedding. They were supportive from booking right through to the big day and were on hand to answer any questions we had. The service we received was first class and we couldn't recommend them enough. Still awaiting professional photos of the decor, but the blossom tree with personal hanging photos was a great addition.

Recommended by my Aunty who used Ex Pose for my Uncle‘s 50th, I also used them for my 30th birthday and was so impressed with the personalised service. The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! Emma was super friendly, and understanding - can’t wait to have another excuse to get in touch with them again!

Emma did a fantastic job! She met with us before the event, talked through all of the options and sent plans through with lots of time to spare.
