Extremely impressed with the service from PPE & Sons. From beginning to the completion of my bathroom renovation Jordan was extremely helpful, talking through different options and he continued to check that I was happy with how things were progressing throughout the process. His team were professional, friendly and polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm thrilled with the end result and would thoroughly recommend them.

Jordan and his team completed a new boiler install and a full bathroom rip out and refurb, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish they were patient, professional and efficient. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my new bathroom looks stunning! They were always on time, cleaned up before they left, and their attention to detail was remarkable. Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Excellent job of repairing our gas leak. The moment he knew my elderly mother had no heating he rapidly scheduled a visit and came the morning after. Huge recommendation.

Absolutely brilliant service, the guys were so helpful and were able to fix all the broken gulleys and drains in a few hours and put all the paving back. You’d never even know they’d been there it was so tidy after. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

A big thank you to the team at Sewer Serve Solutions today. Excellent communication leading up to the work & on arrival, they advised me to contact United Utilities as it was a shared drain. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Also, I would definitely use this service again as their conduct said a lot about their integrity and excellent customer service.
