We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. They came out really quickly and bent over backwards and staying late to get a new one installed and working the next day. Really reasonably priced, really nice guys, really appreciated their help and hard work. Would highly recommend.

Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. Would highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience with the guys at Manchester Plumbing Haroon, Hamza and Billy were all extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and supplied me with everything you can see (except the tiles). A stunning shower cubicle, sink and unit Turkish toilet, all the fixtures etc. This was the second time I used them and will always be my go to for bathroom supplies. Would highly recommended

I purchased all 3 of my bathrooms from manchester Plumbing supplies the team were very friendly and went out of their way to provide me with the bespoke bathrooms I desired. Also the team personally sorted out and changed products that were not the correct measurements (due to my sizing changes). They were abundantly patient and super helpful in changing them and getting me the right replacement product. They always have a warm and welcoming atmosphere and customer service is more then 5*. Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!

I phoned SMH (Chorlton) Ltd after three boiler breakdowns in just under two weeks and our past Gas Safe Engineer being unavailable. Whilst they couldn't help with the repair they provided me some solid advice over the phone regarding the manufacturer - which turned out to be exactly what we needed. They didn't try to upsell me a new boiler (which I was beginning to believe I needed after countless google searches, bad advice elsewhere and a number of days with no heating or hot water). They offered me simple, honest, good advice and I am so grateful as we now have a working boiler without a huge bill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. They will be my first port of call when we do need to replace the boiler. Thank you so much.

I would not hesitate to recommend South Manchester Heating to anybody looking for a new stove. Paul and Ian were professional and easy to deal with at all times and provided a great service. The lead in time was realistic and they were swift in planning, clear in all communications and very amenable when I had questions and queries about how to best operate the stove. They were also able to recommend an appropriate finance arrangement for me. I am very happy with the result and I am looking forward to many warm evenings around the stove in the future! The Stove is a 4.5kW Mendip Woodland with Logstore.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing service by Andy and Sean. They advised us they would be arriving at 7.30am and arrived on time. They covered all carpeted areas they would be using and kept everywhere very neat and tidy throughout the day. They checked everything was working properly after the new boiler had been fitted and they explained how everything worked to us. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!
