I’ve used Kris multiple times for jobs such as bathroom tiling, fitting dado rails and crown moulding, sorting out pipework and many other jobs. Very happy to recommend. Professional, honest and easy to deal with. Very high quality work.

Kris did an absolutely fantastic job of renovating the front of our terraced house. It was in a terrible state when we bought it with peeling paint and cracked stonework. He worked incredibly quickly for such a big job and everything was done exactly as requested and to a very high quality. Communication from both Kris and Anna was excellent throughout. We will certainly use them again for all the interior work which we still need to have done.

Kris carried out several small repairs and also did external and internal decorating to a very high standard. He arrives early and on time and does a good tidy after he leaves. Anna is very quick to respond to all queries via email and the rate they charge is very reasonable and competitive. I would certainly recommend Kris and will be using him again.

Kris Builders completed a full refurbishment of our home, including a full rear extension and loft conversion adding two bedrooms and two further bathrooms along with a full re-wire, new heating, windows etc. The level of workmanship is excellent, no task is too difficult for their team. They worked long hours to make sure the job was done in a timely manner, and were super helpful in managing the project throughout with several different trades required due to the scale of the project. The team grafted all day and completed the job with excellent attention to detail. The team cleaned up afterwards and received compliments from the neighbours on their job. Wonderful builders, we had lot of water leaks from the roof and gutters and Kris constructions made it all easy to solve the problem, we had new Flat kitchen Roof, kitchen wall tiles and some Damp proof and painting work done by Kris Construction. Can’t say they are cheap but satisfactory work is all that matters the most. They are friendly and very sincere with their work and most importantly they have team of experts in every job.

KWS Builders completed a loft conversion with dormer for us in summer 2024. They worked to schedule and were clean and tidy in their approach. We were very happy with the finish of the work internally, which looks excellent. They created a fantastic double-winder staircase for us. We had some concerns about the final finish on the roof, but we discussed this with KWS and the issue was resolved amicably. We were always extremely grateful for the quality of communication with KWS, and their commitment to ensuring we were happy with the work. Overall the job was excellent value and we would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had my whole house renovated by K W & S Builders they been amazing. I have had 4 chimneys breast removed, plastering, painting, wallpaper and loads more work has been done by them . I needed a full renovation on my four-bedroom house in Wigan. The renovation required two more WC installed into the house (ensuite and a down stairs toilet), an extension to my bathroom, new planned kitchen, re-wall and rewiring of my utility room. Two walls opening (1x main solid wall and 1 x studded wall). All WC and utility rooms tiled and all internal doors fitted new. Top floor with new ceiling and wiring. Like every customer, the last thing you will need is signing a contract to a cowboy builder. I looked into this company and from the start, Waseem was very reassuring. The conversation was smooth, and he was very open to discuss everything. He even recommended me to get quotes from other building companies. Seeing their exceptional reviews on every platform, and the initial smooth chat, I was completely hooked. Day one came and I was away on holiday when they started their job. I had it all discussed on the phone to start everything while I was away. Being away from your home and letting people into your house can be unsettling, but Waseem being very professional, reassured me that I should enjoy my holiday and not to worry about anything. He sent me pictures every day on the progress of their jobs and only called if they really needed me. I came back from my holiday and the progress to their job was surprisingly quick. The team does not waste time on the job, and this was also noticed by my neighbour who acknowledged and highly commended their work and their work ethic. I was at a point that I was slowing them down because I just couldn’t keep up with their pace. Not only they were quick, but the job was done with perfection, and they do tidy up before they finish every day. I would highly recommend Lee and his team, from start to finish he has been amazing! He provided a quote quickly, and was able to accommodate our specific dates and timeframe. We was on holiday during the building work and Lee kept the house safe and pretty clean considering, he kept us updated and did a great job! We had our supporting wall in the kitchen knocked out and a pocket door put in upstairs

Had a new kitchen fitted and plastering done to walls. Service from Level Best was first class from beginning to end. Every aspect of work carried out to perfection, plumber and electrician visits co-ordinated effectively, achieving smooth running and the place was tidied up as much as possible each day. Also, Dan's expertise on what accessories to buy was invaluable. Price was very fair.

A battered old porch needed some major TLC. Dan and Ben not only made it look brand new but painted it beautifully too. No worries about dodgy builders with these guys! I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

I contacted Johan regarding boxing in my old fireplace and making a bespoke stud wall to cover under the stairs and create a media section. He was extremely professional, kept me upto date on times and days and discussed design ideas taking onboard my needs. The finished products exceeded all my expectations, the craftsmanship was simply superb and the cost was extremely reasonable, given the attention to detail, and skills involved. If you want a professional job then I would highly recommend Johan. I'm definitely retaining his number for future works.
