Des has completed three separate jobs for us at our property. You'll find it hard to get a better workman than Des. He very experienced and knows his stuff inside and out. Advises on what is the best way to accomplish what you want to achieve, without having to break the bank. Very reliable and friendly. What more would you want. He'll be back at ours definitely.

I got a BTL property in Clifton, Manchester and engaged Greenco to do the refurb and lettings. Greenco Maintenance took 3 weeks to convert an old house to a decent, warm and lovely home. The work includes replacing the carpets, doors, painting and various repair works. The beauty of Greenco work is to do minimal work to save spending. Only replace whenever it cannot be repaired. I had 8 internal doors and door hardware fitted by PJ Boyle Handyman Services to an excellent standard. Quick, professional and very tidy. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. PJ’s work on my decking was also exceptional, worked so hard right through some of the hottest days of the year. Finished to a really high standard.

Pat did a brilliant job putting decking around our extension. We originally wanted a patio but he explained and shown us photos of what new decking could look like and we went with his idea (at no extra expense). Would highly recommend for any jobs like this you may have.

Absolutely delighted with my luxury vinyl herringbone flooring that Pat laid. It has completely transformed my downstairs living area. Really pleased with the internal porch door Pat sorted for me yesterday. It was a really challenging job needing a reframe with wonky walls and an old reclaimed door but he did a super job. Where to start! This guy is just all round wonderful! Friendly, professional and very skilled! He did everything he was required to do and more! Changed over our lights switches and even wired in our electric hob and oven. All electrics sorted. Would 100% recommend! Adrian has just completed a job for us - he has fitted 5 internal doors to a very high standard - he was very punctual, clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble and he suggested that we put a door on the opposite way which now makes the room twice as big. David is an excellent handyman and a consummate professional. He cleaned the flaking paint off my decking, re-painted and re-stained it quickly and with no fuss. He did a great job but rain came shortly afterwards - when I asked him back to apply another coat, he did so promptly and willingly. Extremely polite, courteous and communicates well. I will definitely use him again for any future work around the house.
