Kris did an absolutely fantastic job of renovating the front of our terraced house. It was in a terrible state when we bought it with peeling paint and cracked stonework. He worked incredibly quickly for such a big job and everything was done exactly as requested and to a very high quality. Communication from both Kris and Anna was excellent throughout. We will certainly use them again for all the interior work which we still need to have done.

Kris carried out several small repairs and also did external and internal decorating to a very high standard. He arrives early and on time and does a good tidy after he leaves. Anna is very quick to respond to all queries via email and the rate they charge is very reasonable and competitive. I would certainly recommend Kris and will be using him again.

I've used Level Best since 2017 when during a thunderstorm one Sunday evening I discovered rainwater pouring in from above my kitchen window and door. That left me blindly trying to find a tradesman to assess the issue and fix it. Fortunately, Level Best were on hand to offer sound advice, practical solutions and reasonable prices. I've since had many jobs carried out by Level Best from roofing works, re-pointing, floor joist repairs, lintels replaced and most recently a bathroom remodel, all of which have been done to the same high standards of craftsmanship, and with a professionalism that is second to none. Had a new kitchen fitted and plastering done to walls. Service from Level Best was first class from beginning to end. Every aspect of work carried out to perfection, plumber and electrician visits co-ordinated effectively, achieving smooth running and the place was tidied up as much as possible each day. Also, Dan's expertise on what accessories to buy was invaluable. Price was very fair.

A battered old porch needed some major TLC. Dan and Ben not only made it look brand new but painted it beautifully too. No worries about dodgy builders with these guys! Very helpful. This shop seems to stock a wide variety of DIY fittings at very reasonable prices. I have used them on numerous occasions and on most occasions have found what I want here. If you live locally this shop can save a trip to a larger DIY shop and be cheaper.

We used Heatons Plasters for the second time this week! They did a great job, clean and tidy and reliable. They did a great job of leveling our fire place whole which was very off and left you feeling the tele wasn’t level! Great job from Nick. Deconstructed old aluminium greenhouse and resited and erected new greenhouse. Laid new pebbled area. He works diligently and gives careful forethought to all he does. Left the area spotless. Very impressed and would not hesitate in recommending him. We are absolutely delighted with this new and impressive area of our garden.

Nick installed a new quartz composite sink and tap for us replacing our old stainless steel one in the kitchen. He was upfront about all of the unforseen challenges he might face which he may have needed to charge us extra for but even though it did turn out to be a bit more of a faff than he originally thought he didn't charge us any extra for the additional graft he out in despite me insisting I paid him. Top guy, top work!
