Gaz priced up a big job for us that other tradesman were reluctant to tackle, a very fair price to remove & replace old pipework on back of house, completed over a day & half, respectful, tidied up after himself and very happy with the completed work. Will definately make use of him again *****

Absolutely delighted with my luxury vinyl herringbone flooring that Pat laid. It has completely transformed my downstairs living area. Pat did a brilliant job putting decking around our extension. We originally wanted a patio but he explained and shown us photos of what new decking could look like and we went with his idea (at no extra expense). Would highly recommend for any jobs like this you may have.

Really pleased with the internal porch door Pat sorted for me yesterday. It was a really challenging job needing a reframe with wonky walls and an old reclaimed door but he did a super job. We had a great experience using 1st Construction. They took on our partly completed project and completed it with no fuss. Craig and Thomas were great, and accommodated the things we wanted. Tom has done a few jobs for me, one of which was to relay my kitchen flooring which wasnt easy to do but despite this he did a great job. He arrived on time and cleaned up after him self afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Highly recommended. Tom did an amazing job of fixing my vestibule floor that had rotted. His main concern was my safety and his attention to detail was fantastic. Mike was efficient, professional and incredibly reliable. I booked his services on two occasions when moving into my new house. Duties of which included assembling 2 huge wardrobes, bedroom side tables, living room cabinets, nest of tables aswell as shaving down numerous doors. We had a problem with bad water ingress and property services came to us the day after I rang to survey the roof and gutter. They prioritised the job and got started. I was impressed how polite and professional they were, cleaning up after the remedial work inside the house. It’s hard these days to find a trustworthy company. I used this service when my chimney wall was damp, they came out and were really lovely and honest. I was super pleased with the work to cap and re point my chimney and noticed a reduction of damp patches on my living room chimney wall. Would use again and recommend. It was a bonus that they were the cheapest of three quotes.

Very very, highly recommended, from start to finish, the guys have been amazing. Always kept me in the loop, always speaking to me and letting me know who’s coming in and out. And the kitchen they’ve fitted just wow. It’s absolutely fantastic, electrics, plastering, plumbing, they can do it all, from the ceiling to the floor. Shawn in particular has gone above & beyond for me, even giving up his Saturday to tile the kitchen. I really can’t thank you all enough for your hard work, and been the loveliest workmen, I’ve ever met.
