Really pleased with the internal porch door Pat sorted for me yesterday. It was a really challenging job needing a reframe with wonky walls and an old reclaimed door but he did a super job. I had 8 internal doors and door hardware fitted by PJ Boyle Handyman Services to an excellent standard. Quick, professional and very tidy. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

David is an excellent handyman and a consummate professional. He cleaned the flaking paint off my decking, re-painted and re-stained it quickly and with no fuss. He did a great job but rain came shortly afterwards - when I asked him back to apply another coat, he did so promptly and willingly. Extremely polite, courteous and communicates well. Dean was recommended through a friend to do work at a property I have been left as the landlord of. He was very quick to respond and him and his colleague came to view the work in great time. I felt safe with Dean and his colleague in a vulnerable situation. They were very calm and professional throughout. He was very open and honest regarding the work and I was contacted afterwards to make sure I was okay due to becoming upset at the nature of my situation. I have used Dean quite a few times now from changing a wall and door round to outside painting to a full house painting and he and his colleague are delightful ,nothing too much trouble moved everything and put it back ..has done a great job everytime and we are really pleased..with the work and the cist Would use him every time .. Dean well deserves his five stars. He worked very hard this morning putting up shelves, fitting window catches and towel rails etc in bathroom and loo. He took a great deal of care over every little job and offered good advice where appropriate. He has a friendly demeanour and as an older woman alone, I felt safe having him in the house. And his charges are very reasonable and good value for money. I'm more than happy to recommend him and no doubt will be calling on him again.
