We had a great experience using 1st Construction. They took on our partly completed project and completed it with no fuss. Craig and Thomas were great, and accommodated the things we wanted. Ronnie did a great job for us in designing and building a floating bed in our small bedroom. He discussed the job thoroughly with us beforehand and helped us to understand what was possible. The end result is a really nice floating bed that enables our daughter to get the most out of her small room.

Wolf BMS was recommended by a neighbour. After contacting him, Faz called to give a quote to clear and clean the gutters which had not been done for years. A date was very quickly arranged and the gutters, which were absolutely stuffed with debris accumulated over a number of years, were very professionally dealt with. They are a clean and tidy workforce, very efficient and informative. They provided before and after photographs of the task, which to be honest was a real eye opener. I can't recommend them enough and shall certainly use them again in the future.

After contacting Wolf BMS regarding a leak in my loft, Faz quickly identified the issues and took the time to talk me through lots of photographs to show me what was required, so that I could see for myself the extent of the problem. I received before and after photos and can confidently say I would recommend them. Faz and Tom worked to meticulous standards and tidied each day before they left. My gutters and drains were long overdue for cleaning, and finding a professional had been challenging as multiple other businesses either cancelled on me last minute or took very long to get in touch. From requesting the job to its completion, everything was smooth and fantastic. Faz was quick to respond to my query and I managed to book them in the same week of my request. They were on time and extremely informative about the steps involved. My gutters have never looked so clean. They went above and beyond by taking down some old Christmas lights from the second floor. They took pictures to show the before and after, and informed me of some issues that need to be looked at. Very helpful and very professional. Martin is without doubt the best tradesman I've ever had in the 30 years I have lived here. He has done various odd jobs,. and has tiled my kitchen beautifully. Really pleased with everything! I will be asking him to do a myriad of jobs for me, as I am so happy to have found someone who is reliable, good at what he does, and very hard working. Des had some great ideas about hiding my boiler but also making it accessible for inspections.This has improved the look of the bathroom.l am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Kris Construction renovated our whole house including a new kitchen extension, new bathroom, removal of chimney stacks, attic conversion and radiator plumbing.
