🐢 Great addition to Withington cafes! Warm and friendly atmosphere every time we’ve visited. ☕️Owner Theo is lovely and has sourced the best coffee (Kobean and Swan Song) and served in beautiful handmade ceramic mugs make your brew feel extra special. 🥐They also serve the best pastries from independent suppliers across Manchester (the Almond pain au chocolate from La Choquette was incredible 🤤) and the sandwiches using local seasonal veg were delicious. Thoroughly recommend!

Best choice if you’re looking for quality coffee in a beautiful environment. All staff are extremely friendly and love what they are doing. The owner is super welcoming and has put his personal touch on this place making it even more special. Great place if you’re solo or with friends!

Lovely little coffee shop. It's fantastic to find a place that opens at 8am, especially since I'm vegan and most places I frequent open later. They offer a delightful range of vegan and veggie cakes. Today, I enjoyed a Chai Latte with oat milk—it's the best I've had, thanks to their strong chai spice blend that delivers a robust flavor. We also had an espresso, which was very fruity and a great coffee. We tried a vegan chocolate mini cake with espresso cream. It was delicious, not too sweet, and the frosting was light. The low music creates a calm environment in the morning, perfect for having conversations at a normal level and truly appreciating your drink and food. Thank you! This will definitely become our new go-to spot.

Was in the area and had breakfast Sunday morning what an absolute gem (can’t say hidden coz it’s on the main rd)but the atmosphere the music the staff the food are all phenomenal did I mention the music play list was pure cool music the food quality is outstanding came promptly hot and delicious coffee superb I can’t gush enough about this place sorry I’m not a local ( no I’m not related to anyone either) if it was any bigger it would spoil the place loving your work guys I had full English wife had omelette

If you want good coffee and feeding well in Didsbury FFS is the place to go. Excellent breakfasts and lunches , good produce cooked well ( sausages from the local butcher ) fresh farm eggs , good portions, vege options and fantastic homemade cakes . Simple done well. Excellent value for money . Unique decor , fantastic community and great background music. Thanks guys 😊

A little gem in the area. I enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service from the staff. There are lots of little things which might make you smile, like the Lego salt and pepper shakers. I ordered a latte and it was nice and smooth. The coffee went well with the small full breakfast. The only disappointment was the sad looking bacon. It's a pet friendly place.

Visited on several occasions recently for breakfast, as working nearby. Food was very nicely cooked, service was friendly & efficient, despite on occasions the place being very busy. Eclectic decor, which made a pleasant change. Quirky indie music soundtrack playing which I also enjoyed. If I lived nearby I'd be a regular for sure. Heartily reccomend a visit if in the area.

Before lockdown, I was a regular. Love the breakfasts and spam n egg barms. I have mental health issues and I'm not quite ready to interact with others ATM. But, I've been craving a cooked breakfast. My new house needed a full rewire and Gavin and his excellent team did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything very carefully. They started work on time and did a fine job. All my carpets were protected and my home was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. The plastering work was also finished to a high standard with care taken to match the surfaces. Gavin even came in on Saturday to finish off and clean and tidy and I was able to contact him and discuss the work at any time. I would totally recommend Gavin Thompson Electrical if you need a rewire or any smaller electrical jobs.

Gavin and his team completed the full rewire of my mums house to a high standard and on schedule. Gavin was in touch throughout the rewire keeping me up-to-date with progress and any problems they encountered. We are very pleased with all their work and we were impressed with how tidy they left the house on completion. Received quote from Gavin, organised date for work to be carried out, Gavin and his team arrived promptly on the day, carried out the work professionally explaining exactly what they were doing at each stage, once the work was complete they cleaned up after themselves, overall excellent job, and a great price for the work. Best electricians I've ever come across! Got a broken induction hob replaced with a new one. Booking was very quick and easy, the new hob was fitted PERFECTLY and efficiently. Friendly service and left the kitchen tidy. Very happy. Would highly recommend!

Sohaib is by far the most well mannered tradesman I've ever used. His prices are reasonable and his work is top notch. A slice of heaven in Gorton. The chef is absolutely an awesome cook. He knows how to make a Jollof chicken with delicately seasoned rice with plantains. We have had a few meals including Chilli con carne with salt and pepper chips, which we hardly recommend. The Thai green curry which was delicious, Apple crumble which was a different version to the traditional apple crumble, king prawn linguine, which was cooked to perfection and salt and pepper chicken noodles, which was delicious and extremely good value for money. So next time, you are shopping in Gorton market, give this cafe a try - they even sell posh coffee 😎

In a little corner tucked away in Gorton's indoor market we found this little hidden gem..flying solo without any hindrence to the friendly high level of service provided Is this amazing chef. His food is fresh and is all hand cooked... It is of high restaurant standard and such great value for money. We paid just over £7 for large fish chips and a little extra for mushy peas, gravy and homemade tartan sauce ..We would highley recommend to all to dine well on fabulous resturant level homecooked food for cafeteria prices!

Still my favourite place in Manchester. From the hospitality and welcome to the absolutely incredible food! Complex but approachable cooking with sauces to die for. Each dish is immaculate and full of flavour with superb presentation. The guys here are just going from strength to strength, every visit they somehow keep getting better. Inventive drinks offering with local suppliers and natural wines. Front of house is relaxed and attentive but the stars of the show are Julian and Max the chef/owners whose welcome and conversation is the best you will get anywhere in the city. Wether it’s on the chefs table or being served one of their dishes they truly make every meal a special occasion. Absolutely loving what these guys are doing and with the challenges of the venue size they are smashing it out the park. Go and visit Exhibition too in Manchester where they have a kitchen serving incredible flatbread based dishes called Jaan.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed by the staff and ambience! Definitely suggesting sitting at the kitchen bar if you would like to chat with some great chefs. The scallop and tomatoes were a standout for us, unreal. The wine list was really approachable with some good natural gems. Every dish was explained perfectly, and having chefs drop dishes was a great touch. Chef Max made the experience one of the best we've had in England with some great conversation. We will be definetly be back and spread the word!

Arrived during lunch hour and it was no problem to have lunch without a reservation. Very friendly and professional staff. The have a nice selection of wine by the glass and the bottle selection is also really good. Foodwise I can say that every dish had wonderfully balanced ingredients of high quality. Some of the dishes (artichoke and cabbage with mussels) were magnificent. A must visit when you want wine and dine on a high level in Manchester.

We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, especially since it has a high rating of 4.8 on Google. The starters were a pleasant surprise—very good and creative. However, the main courses were a bit of a letdown. The cabbage tasted good, but the core was bitter. Unfortunately, the steak was dry and overcooked, even after we sent it back (we had ordered it medium rare). Overall, we wanted to give this place a higher rating because it seemed like a hidden gem, especially for the price. We’ll need to come back another time to see if it was just an off night.

For only a small restaurant this place packs a punch. They made my partners 40th such a special experience and looked after us so well. With gorgeous seasonal food that is so intricately put together I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.
