I can not speak highly enough of Micky. We had lost lighting downstairs and the fuse box hadn't tripped. Micky came round within an hour on a Friday evening and spent over an hour investigating. Unable to find the issue, he came back the next morning and once again began to try and work out the problem. It goes without saying that he solved the conundrum and also rewired the fuse box to prempt a further issue. He even offered to hoover up after! All this for an exceptionally reasonable price. An absolute legend and a lovely fellow. If you are looking for a trusty and professional electrician, look no further.

We contacted Micky for an urgent issue we had with our electric system that was effecting the lights and the boiler. He was friendly and had great communication throughout the job. What outstanding service from a wonderful man. Micky answered my calls within seconds, he arrived on site exactly when he said he would, he diagnosed the underfloor heating problem and replaced a faulty thermostat the following day. All for an extremely fair price. I can't praise his work ethic, his attitude and his pricing highly enough. What a joy people like Micky still exist in the trade.

I wanted to leave a Reveiw on behalf of My Partner Sue who after nearly 3 years of suffering after having Implants and being given an ill fitting denture , met Gus who immeadiately saw the issue and set about resolving it he is obviously on top of his game and took the time to listen and reassure her that all will be ok , he is a pleasure to deal with and a true gentleman and immeadiately puts you at ease and would have no problem recommending him to anyone who needs his expertise

We needed some new radiators fitted, with some corrective pipework on a challenging system. Andy undertook the work and identified a new problem with a feeder tank which involved some additional work. Very pleased with the work carried out at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication throughout, very tidy . I can thoroughly recommend Andy.

Andy was awesome, super friendly, explained all the issues to me and gave me an affordable quote! Andy replaced my stop tap and a leaky tap within a couple of hours, and reassembled all the carpentry housing the stop tap. Would greatly recommend!

We had heaters, an electric mirror cabinet and a new fuse box installed over three days. The jobs were all done to an exceptionally high standard, and everything was comprehensively explained throughout the entire process. We had downlights fitted in our living room and dining room in Sep’24. Tom efficiently sent me a quotation after the initial site visit was done. On the day, Anthony and Lee from Payne electrical services came to do the job. They were very respectful, polite and cleaned after themselves. They did a fantastic job . Whilst visiting the U.K., I developed terrible nerve pain which became so unbearable that I needed to see a dentist on an emergency basis. I contacted Dental Solution (recommended by a friend who is a regular patient there) and they were able to fit me in that day. The problem was a cracked filling which was quickly repaired. Brilliant service and they provided me with a report and X-ray that I forwarded on to my regular dentist in Europe. Thank you Dental Solutions. I highly recommend your practice.

An outstanding experience from beginning to end. I first connected with Dental Solutions through a friend's referral. Initially, I had planned to go to Turkey because I was unhappy with my smile and felt very self-conscious about it. Before making that decision, I visited Dental Solutions to see if there was any way to preserve my original teeth instead of undergoing invasive procedures abroad. The team exceeded my expectations at every step. Lauren suggested Invisalign treatment, and the results were incredible—my smile was completely transformed. She monitored my progress closely, even providing a home camera kit and regularly checking in via text to ensure everything was going smoothly. After the Invisalign treatment was complete, Gavin recommended edge bonding and assured me the results would be fantastic. Given my exceptional experience up to that point, I trusted their expertise and proceeded with the edge bonding. When I came in for the procedure, Dr. Amit delivered outstanding results. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Matt from FG Miller has done several bits of work for us over the last year or so including testing, new distribution board and a significant amount of re-wiring. Great work, always on time and a really nice guy too - he will happily go the extra mile to get the job finished, even if it means him working until 8pm at night! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Recognition where it is due - I was very nervous to attend my appointment today due to a previous dentist experience. Zaroon Riaz made myself and my husband both feel at ease and individually spoke us through each step.
