I had a great garage where I lived previously, over 20 years ago. Kept going back there for a year or so, but a bit far away. Then I was fortunate enough to find the Ash Garage. Wonderful; been going there ever since. Spot on.

Great service. Fixed our family car quickly having had a somewhat traumatic breakdown miles away from home. They got the car back on the road quickly, once RAC finally recovered it and delivered it to Roadside Garage. We have also used Roadside for MOT and service. Glad to have found this garage. My car had been giving me trouble since I bought it. I asked Lee if he could diagnose the issue and price it up for me to get fixed. Turns out there was a whole load of issues that the previous owner had not dealt with and made the car even worse after Lee and his team had spent ages fixing one thing. Lee never gave up though and persevered to get the car back to what it should run like. He never once tried to charge me for things that weren't needed and kept me informed all the time on progress. This week, I needed an MOT and Lee fitted me in at short notice which was very much appreciated. If you want a garage that is honest and fair, I would definitely recommend Lee and his crew to get you sorted.

Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

Brilliant place, been going for several years for my MOT and Service and they're always well priced and super flexible at getting me booked in. Recently had a bigger problem with my car, called them up and they booked me in and fixed the issue in the same day, price was much better than expected and they explained clearly what the issues were. James changed my rod bearings on my E92 M3, super fast turnaround, the guy is a wealth of knowledge and seriously respected within the industry. His team are also super efficient! Himself and his team also noticed when the car was in the workshop, that it needed a new wheel bearing, part was ordered and fitted super quick. My M3 wont go anywhere else when it needs major work. I travelled up from Portsmouth!

Top notch service. Everyone is lovely to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Needed a new clutch, days before they close for Christmas, squeezed me in on short notice and had it back on the road in 24hrs. Tom and his wonderful team fixed a long-standing engine issue with my M4. They were communicative throughout, got the parts and did the work quickly and the results are even better than I'd hoped (the car hasn't driven this well since I bought it on 3,000 miles). I recommend Fixed without reservation - they're absolute experts and a pleasure to deal with.

I had instant air con failure and took it to one of the tyre / exhaust companies that offer air con regas , they checked it and told me there was plenty of gas in ths system and suggested I took it to a air con specialist which bought me to completeauto the problem was diagnosed as compressor failure and a quote given for a new one , the repair was carried out with fast efficiency, and ice cold air con restored. Very pleased with the fast friendly service carried out by this company and will be going back for any service or repairs.

What can I say....my daughter bought a car from the garage and right from the get go I got the impression Phil was an absolute gent. After a slight administration faux pas Phil did exactly what he said he'd do and helped us out of a tricky situation. The car is a fantastic purchase and hopefully will last my daughter through the next few years of happy driving. My car is booked in for a little bit of air-con work and I hope my faith in the garage carries on. Can't praise Phil high enough and recommend the garage highly enough.

After suffering with a vibration 3 other garages (1 another BMW specialist) could not find or fix, I took my car to The Independent Garage and Tom was really accommodating and understood my frustration and urgency to get the issue resolved. He took my car in the same day and spent 2 days of testing and diagnosing. He eventually found the fault nobody else was able to and fixed it at a great price. My definite go to BMW specialist 👌🏼

Came across this garage by chance, gave them a call regarding valve cover oil seal and a coolant leak. Tom and the lads were first class from the initial phone call to follow up after the job. In my case it was clear the timing chain needed replacing. Car went in on a Friday, back and running beautifully by Monday morning. I took my car in with a suspected timing chain issue. These guys were quick to identify this wasn't the issue and fixed the problem. So instead of major works that weren't needed they still managed to get a full major service done instead. Excellent service, real friendly guys. Would recommend to anyone!
