After suffering with a vibration 3 other garages (1 another BMW specialist) could not find or fix, I took my car to The Independent Garage and Tom was really accommodating and understood my frustration and urgency to get the issue resolved. He took my car in the same day and spent 2 days of testing and diagnosing. He eventually found the fault nobody else was able to and fixed it at a great price. My definite go to BMW specialist 👌🏼

Took my car in with every warning light under the sun on dash . Tom originally diagnosed a fault which could off cost over £1000 through bmw . He quoted £400 to fix issue . After starting job he found out it wasn't the part he thought and it was a short caused by my comfort access he fixed all issues and only charged me £250 . That's a great result in my book . No more fault lights . Terrific service . Thank you . All done with in one week from first phone call.

I couldn't recomend this garage enough. Tom and the team were a pleasure to deal with and really looked after me. They got my BMW sorted in a day for a fraction of what the BMW dealership quoted me! Best garage I've dealt with and will be coming back next time.

I took my car in with a suspected timing chain issue. These guys were quick to identify this wasn't the issue and fixed the problem. So instead of major works that weren't needed they still managed to get a full major service done instead. Excellent service, real friendly guys. Would recommend to anyone!

Came across this garage by chance, gave them a call regarding valve cover oil seal and a coolant leak. Tom and the lads were first class from the initial phone call to follow up after the job. In my case it was clear the timing chain needed replacing. Car went in on a Friday, back and running beautifully by Monday morning.
