Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

Adam and the guys fixed up my BMW after being recovered back home by the AA.. Diagnostic, alternator and battery replaced, health check, advised of potential future issues as the car is nearly 18 years old. Being a BMW everything costs a mint and the guys kept the costs down as much as possible. Always kept informed. I've had it back for over a week and it's running like new again. Bingo. Thanks guys.

Just relocated from Lancaster and I was really concerned about using a new garage. Ryan was recommended by quite a number of locals and so I contacted him. He booked me In the next morning. Dropped my car off and what a lovely chap, very knowledgeable and such a quick turnaround with the work It was quite unreal. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my car was safe to be on the road. The guys at HR are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and friendly. They have kept me updated throughout the repairs, they’ve diagnosed problems with my car & informed me of the price before proceeding with the repairs, they don’t over charge or try to add more work on like other garages. Honest and fairly priced. After having suspicions with my previous garage over last couple years - Charging without actually changing, I decided to try a new garage. Steve on desk was welcoming and got me booked in sharpish for a full/major service for a very fair price. Vehicle back same day, no messing around or trying to tell me i needed items which i didn't. Highly recommend for anyone in Ashton area.

Good, honest and reasonable garage. It’s reassuring that if your vehicle requires any work doing that you won’t be ripped off. This was my first time at Cross Garage booking full service and MOT. The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Dropped and collected on the same day. Though advisory on my tyres, they didn't call to charge me extra for things that didn't need doing like some garage I have used before. Reasonable price and good service. I will recommend Cross Garage to my friends and family and will always be using myself.

We have a Nissan Micra that was making a lot of noise due to an exhaust issue. From the moment I contacted Autotech to the minute I left, the customer service was outstanding. Despite being extremely busy, the team managed to fit me in quickly because they knew how urgently I needed my car back. The mechanics understood my time constraints and made sure everything was handled promptly, which was incredibly important to me. They conducted a diagnostic, identified the fault, and provided a quote for the repairs. I approved the work, and within a few hours, they had received the necessary parts. Although there was a minor delay due to the wrong parts being sent by their supplier, they immediately informed me, allowing me to adjust my plans and avoid any further inconvenience. When I picked up the car, they explained the diagnostics and the parts they replaced in detail. I was very satisfied with their work and drove off happily. However, the next day, my wife noticed a new noise coming from the car. Since the mechanics had assured me to return if there were any further issues, I brought the car back. One of the mechanics took the time to ride with me, listen to the noise, and quickly identify the problem. They asked me to return in a couple of hours, and despite their busy schedule, they resolved the issue. This is what great customer service looks like. I could have gone to any garage for the repairs, but the way the team handled the additional issues that arose after the initial work left me with a very positive impression of their professionalism. I was having a problem with the alarm going off all the time on my 2019 3 series. Sam figured out that it was an issue with the alarm siren and replaced it. Great Service at a Fair Price I had issues with my BMW 320d where the ABS and traction control lights kept coming on. Absolute pleasure to meet Chris and Jan. Chris looked into an LPG fault, diagnosed the fault and came up with a plan and a second option should that be necessary in the future. My car ended up here after the RAC had to take it off my drive when the brakes failed. Even though they're slammed, they found time to put my car up and replace what needed replacing. Done and out in 4 days! Brilliant service. Will definitely be going there for my MOT :)
