Adam and the guys fixed up my BMW after being recovered back home by the AA.. Diagnostic, alternator and battery replaced, health check, advised of potential future issues as the car is nearly 18 years old. Being a BMW everything costs a mint and the guys kept the costs down as much as possible. Always kept informed. I've had it back for over a week and it's running like new again. Bingo. Thanks guys.

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

I had a fault come on my Mini Cooper advising transmission oil was low and needed changing. I took it to the dealer who sold me the car and they said it needed to go to Mini specialists because it needed specialist tools and it was a messy job. I took it to Autocog instead. I can’t rate Zoe highly enough . She was able to diagnose the problem straight away and took the time it needed to make sure the fault was dealt with and my car was safe to drive. She even arranged to have my car delivered back to me at home. Zoe was professional at all times and kept me informed throughout. Finding good mechanics is hard but I can honestly say that once you’ve been to Zoe/Autocog you won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend het

My car had a breakdown on motorway had the car recovered to COGS and passed over the RAC report. From the start to finish of the work being carried out the communication was excellent received txts daily with updates also pictures of the faults couldn’t be more happy with my service from the team at COGS they even had to put up with me nipping in and out to get items needed from the car. on collection of car Zoe spoke with myself about warranty on ten repair and also how she was at the end of the phone if I wasn’t happy and wanted anything checking over highly recommend this garage reliable , excellent communication, friendly and always looking for the best option for customers thank you to the team and see you when I need my services 👌👌👌

We were on our way to visit relatives for Christmas lunch when damage was sustained in bad weather on woodhead pass and the car was undriveable - we were a bit stuck. Found this small locally owned garage near by and turned up a bit desperate with children in tow. The mechanics were busy but couldn't have been more helpful. They said it would be sorted in 30 minutes and it was, and at a reasonable price too, they even sorted a few other issues whilst there. Really helped us out in a tight spot and picked up a business card to pass on to local relatives! Great customer service.
