Great place with excellent service and advice.

MOT customer. First time. We had purchased a 12 plate Fiat 500 which we were pleased with. It had 6 months MOT on it so we took the chance. When the car was due for the first MOT with us we took it to our local garage, Westbury. From the initial walking into the garage I was put at ease by their attitude and knowledge and this feeling lasted until I paid. These guys are excellent at what they do and most importantly they are HONEST. I advised that I could hear knocking from the NSF of the car and that it could possibly fail. Well, the car passed and the price was reasonable even with a Bosch windscreen wiper needing to be bought. They kept me up to date and even said just turn up with the car for retest if needed and we'll fit you in. I will certainly be using Westbury from now on as I feel they are very customer oriented and represent good value for your money. I have nothing negative to report at all. Edit: Used again for the second time and Westbury remain excellent in what they do. The MOT was the maximum permitted charge (£54) but it is definitely worth it for the customer service experience. Car dropped off at 9am and done and collected by midday. Excellent!

Had a painful MOT and couldn't get the repairs sorted for a couple of weeks as it was a big job. The Westbury guys were free a couple of days later and got it all sorted for me in a couple of hours. Absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Had an issue that I had to solve as soon as possible since I use the car to go to work. They managed to fix it the next day, even if the next free spot they got was after about a week. Can't be thankful enough...I definitely recommend this workshop!

Called yesterday as I needed two new tyres for an Audi Q7. Clearly explained my options and booked me in for this morning. Advised it would take 90 mins when I dropped the car off and, 90 minutes later all done ! Excellent service and superb pricing.

I had a mystery problem with my VW caddy - my current garage couldn’t find the problem so directed me to DLR. The problem was my car kept on losing power and throwing up an error on my dash. They eventually found that I needed a new sensor and a worn wire needed replacing. I was so pleased the problem was resolved and thankful to DLR. I would throughly recommend them 😊

2 absolute hero’s work here! These guys went above and beyond to get my car out of mud today! I was really struggling and they did not hesitate to help, they got v muddy and it was freezing and had to eventually tow my car out! Thank you both so so much from the bottom of my heart! I recently had a Ghost II immobiliser fitted by these guys. I would highly recommend them. The Ghost works perfectly & Dom perfectly explained to me how to use it. You can see these guys are very genuine and have a passion for cars, especially performance cars. Their garage is very clean and organised which also speaks volumes. Will be a return customer.

Had issues with my car last week. Got a mechanic who didn’t do much. I went to another mechanic whose charge was very expensive and still didn’t want to do the work until I passed by with he car. They were so nice and did the job so fast even without an appointment. My dashboard was all cleared up. I’m definitely getting all my jobs done by them and I’ll recommend everyone. The price is also very right.

I was recommended to D & E when my long-time independent mechanic retired a few weeks ago. It looks like the best advice I've ever had. As soon as I walked in everything felt "right" and the delightful staff were absolutely brilliant to deal with. My Corsa needed a replacement ABS pump to pass its MOT and Dave located a reconditioned unit and saved me a packet, fitting the part the next day. I firmly endorse all the great reviews on here and hope to use this garage from this time forward and will firmly recommend it to all my customers. Visited Sham last week for rear brake discs and pads replacement. Sham gave me a choice of bringing all needed parts or he was happy to order parts. The job was completed within an hour ( if not less) . Very competitive price. Sham also completed my generic service book. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Excellent customer service!! I called up on Friday morning asking to bring my car in that was running on 3 cylinders (bearing in mind this was Christmas time, so a busy period) and the person I spoke to on the phone said I could bring it on Monday. Not only did they finish the job for me on the same day but also checked my engine oil and tyre pressure. Lovely lads, would recommend

I came in to the garage on the back of a tow truck and they were so helpful- fitting me in to a busy day as I am not based locally. The communication was great, the price seemed reasonable and the staff were friendly. I was able to continue my journey later that day. Definitely recommend.

I've been using TK autos for around 6 years and everything I have ever tasked them with has been resolved on first visit at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for and I know that if I go to TK autos my problems are going to be fixed. Trevor and the guys there are all very friendly and professional. They take their time to have a chat with you about your car and will help you with whatever they can. I've had several Saabs and they have looked after all of them very well, my next car may not be a Saab, not by choice but purely for the fact it is becoming difficult to find one that ticks all the boxes but whatever car I get TK will be my first port of call with any problems / maintenance.
