Paul was great & very knowledgeable about MINI's. I have a Mini Cooper which I sent for a service & MOT here - I had a few issues which had been left unfixed at a previous garage but Paul was able to find a fix and advise on the work needing to be done to keep up and running! My tyre was in ribbons when I rolled over to theirs and they got it changed within hours. I had to pick my car up after hours and they could accommodate that. Price was reasonable too.

Fantastic garage and amazing staff. I know nothing about cars and honestly felt very nervous about steping foot into a garage but the staff here put my mind at ease. Found this garage recently, what great customer service, polite, friendly,hhad a number of repairs clutch, gearbox, mot, exhaust and cannot fault for price, knowledge and service. Definitely my go to garage for Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall and Haslingden.

Rick from Braketech was brilliant. Had an issue with my brakes, booked online for the following morning. Arrived bang on time, had a look and identified the issue. New discs and pads fitted in under an hour and at a fantastic price. Will be using Rick for ALL my future servicing requirements. 5 star service and best of all, he comes to you!

Absolutely first class, used Volksmaster from my local garage recommendation to have my DSG Gearbox serviced. Did a great job, also gave my car a health check and even washed it afterwards. Gave me a great price, stuck to it and was very proffesional. Thanks guys, see you not too soon hopefully but will definitely be back.

Usual garage was fully booked for MOT & service so bought it to these guys. Always a bit nervous about going to a new garage but they were fab, great customer service, excellent communication and added bonus they cleaned my extremely filthy car. Had my VW Arteon Gearbox service done today, first time ever visiting Volksmaster and was recommended from a friend and few others and I can see why. Friendly staff, looked after me really well and even gave my car a quick clean. Couldn’t be more than happy, they have put the service on the digital history of the car, gave me a stamp on my service book and an invoice of proof. Definitely recommend

Volkmaster recently completed the oil change on my car. The team were very professional and knowledgeable. A few issues were reported, luckily my car is still under warranty. They helped by advising in laymans terms what was required in order for me to speak to the manufacturer. They also updated the official service portal for proof the service had been completed and gave the car a clean up as well. Nice touch.

Really happy with Paul and team. Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains things well and gives advice based on what needs doing and what doesn't. Called them because my car was having issues and they fitted me right in the next morning, the car was then fixed by the afternoon that same day! This garage was recommended to me by a friend as my car was due it's MOT and service and I wasn't happy with my previous garage for lots of reasons. Unfortunately as a female I have felt that previous garages have overcharged me or made me pay for unnecessary work because I didn't have a clue what they were talking about and believed the advice I was given. Paul and his team were extremely friendly and professional, and I am beyond happy with the service I received from them. Paul explained everything clearly and was more than happy to answer all my questions. For the first time ever I haven't been ripped off and really feel like I've finally found a reliable and trustworthy garage that I will continue to use. Used Service 700 twice in 2023 to fix two issues on my wife's VW Golf and found Andy and the team helpful, honest and affordable. Just had my baby in there for a full lube service. Again, great service and pricing. Only negative is that parking there can be a nightmare especially during school starting and ending times! Not Andy's fault clearly.

MOT customer. First time. We had purchased a 12 plate Fiat 500 which we were pleased with. It had 6 months MOT on it so we took the chance. When the car was due for the first MOT with us we took it to our local garage, Westbury. From the initial walking into the garage I was put at ease by their attitude and knowledge and this feeling lasted until I paid. These guys are excellent at what they do and most importantly they are HONEST. I advised that I could hear knocking from the NSF of the car and that it could possibly fail. Well, the car passed and the price was reasonable even with a Bosch windscreen wiper needing to be bought. They kept me up to date and even said just turn up with the car for retest if needed and we'll fit you in. I will certainly be using Westbury from now on as I feel they are very customer oriented and represent good value for your money. I have nothing negative to report at all. Edit: Used again for the second time and Westbury remain excellent in what they do. The MOT was the maximum permitted charge (£54) but it is definitely worth it for the customer service experience. Car dropped off at 9am and done and collected by midday. Excellent!

My dad has always used this garage for a number of years now, so decided to give them a go recently for a couple of MOT's. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. And very friendly. To get honest, he did get me out of a pickle as I had no MOT and hadn't realised and needed to tax my car. He fitted me in super quick and had it sorted for me in no time at all. We couldn't fault the service we were given and cost wise also great. All in all a very positive visit and I would return without hesitation
