I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Very friendly, affordable, and honest garage. I am long time customer and have gone out of my way to remain one after a few interactions that left an impact on me as a testimony to their honesty and integrity. For example, one time the cost of repairs was lower than the previously agreed upon quoted price (would definitely not have known any better), and they went out of their way to refund me the difference despite the original quote already being quite affordable.

Now this is a place worth a review. Customer service at its best. A company that cares to get it right and give you impeccable service and work. A place that actually calls you when they say they will, with updates or even general queries. RAC approved and can see why workshop is clean. Staff are very friendly and delightful to speak to. If the work doesn’t make you come back then the customer service will. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, you feel looked after and taken care off. My husband actually visited the garage but I’ve not seen him so carefree getting work done on his car. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you and for throwing in a free wash made my husbands day 😀

Had some work on my car recently which was done to a high standard, I was well informed of what was happening and billing was very clear (and competitive) the way it was broken down. There was a monthly payment option which I didn't use this time but it is always handy to have that option in the future. I will definitely be back for my future mots and services.

Somehow these guys snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. My old jalopy needed a new exhaust to get through its MoT. The car's so old that the section they needed was discontinued years ago; the manufacturers had sent a substitute with incompatible fixings and working the around the problem looked unlikely (the mechanics could explain better than I can!). For an agonising hour or two, my car's fate hung in the balance; could they fit it? Or would the car be destined for the scrapyard? The call came through.. they'd done it! I couldn't be more pleased... and relieved! Even the MoT tester was impressed. AutoFit went above and beyond, yet still came in on budget. Well done and thanks!

I will say get a little receptionist to do call backs I'm a secretary free 2 days haha. However I voted you the best garage your so honest and don't mess. You have helped me over the years with many cars even though you won't remember when you looked at the gasket on my vauxall and said get rid all we will end up married. Absolutely fantastic service! Electric window got stuck in the rain and needed a new master switch. The part was ordered and arrived in double quick time and was replaced and fixed just as quickly. Great hands-on service even by the boss! Prices were spot on too. Can't recommend highly enough. If something needs fixing on your car, these guys will be very hard to beat!
