Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Absolutely fantastic service! Electric window got stuck in the rain and needed a new master switch. The part was ordered and arrived in double quick time and was replaced and fixed just as quickly. Great hands-on service even by the boss! Prices were spot on too. Can't recommend highly enough. If something needs fixing on your car, these guys will be very hard to beat!

Somehow these guys snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. My old jalopy needed a new exhaust to get through its MoT. The car's so old that the section they needed was discontinued years ago; the manufacturers had sent a substitute with incompatible fixings and working the around the problem looked unlikely (the mechanics could explain better than I can!). For an agonising hour or two, my car's fate hung in the balance; could they fit it? Or would the car be destined for the scrapyard? The call came through.. they'd done it! I couldn't be more pleased... and relieved! Even the MoT tester was impressed. AutoFit went above and beyond, yet still came in on budget. Well done and thanks!

I will say get a little receptionist to do call backs I'm a secretary free 2 days haha. However I voted you the best garage your so honest and don't mess. You have helped me over the years with many cars even though you won't remember when you looked at the gasket on my vauxall and said get rid all we will end up married. Had some work on my car recently which was done to a high standard, I was well informed of what was happening and billing was very clear (and competitive) the way it was broken down. There was a monthly payment option which I didn't use this time but it is always handy to have that option in the future. I will definitely be back for my future mots and services.

Now this is a place worth a review. Customer service at its best. A company that cares to get it right and give you impeccable service and work. A place that actually calls you when they say they will, with updates or even general queries. RAC approved and can see why workshop is clean. Staff are very friendly and delightful to speak to. If the work doesn’t make you come back then the customer service will. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, you feel looked after and taken care off. My husband actually visited the garage but I’ve not seen him so carefree getting work done on his car. Definitely will be a returning customer.
