Taken my car into this garage a few times now, the staff are so lovely and friendly, they explain problems so you can understand them and run through what there going to do to get it sorted. They make sure it is done to the highest standards. Their prices are fair, definately will not rip you off! I now recommend this garage to everyone. Thank you.

I'll add my positive to the many other positive comments :-) Had my car taken on low-loader & dropped off at Marple Motor Co on Thursday AM after it dumped all it's fluids on the road. Pete said "we're really busy & stacked out for ages, so I can't promise anything" - completely understandable as it was a surprise (to him and me). Bottom line: Late Thursday phoned to say they'd checked and ordered the part. Late Friday said the part was in and may get it fitted soon. Saturday picked car up all done. Brilliant, mega pleased (as always). Will continue using you forever.

Great service here, parents went for decades before me, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Travel from out of town just to go here, really know what they are doing, professional and reasonably priced.

Honest, friendly and reliable, won't rip you off. Very reasonable prices. Much cheaper than Halfords autocentre. Only went in to get my suspension links sorted. My car had been giving me trouble since I bought it. I asked Lee if he could diagnose the issue and price it up for me to get fixed. Turns out there was a whole load of issues that the previous owner had not dealt with and made the car even worse after Lee and his team had spent ages fixing one thing. Lee never gave up though and persevered to get the car back to what it should run like. He never once tried to charge me for things that weren't needed and kept me informed all the time on progress. This week, I needed an MOT and Lee fitted me in at short notice which was very much appreciated. If you want a garage that is honest and fair, I would definitely recommend Lee and his crew to get you sorted.

I have always taken my mini to the dealership for servicing but found the cost and lack of personal contact intolerable. Word of mouth brought me to Harrison’s and I’m so glad. Lee and his son, Shaun fixed a problem with my window and replaced a battery. I felt I could trust them and to top it off a lovely lad picked the car up and dropped it off once the work was done. The labour charges were a fraction of what I had paid before so I will be going back again. Thankyou.

I was super impressed with the service I received from Jermaine today. I'm visiting my sister in Manchester from London. 2 days before we were due to go away, my car developed a number of issues. I called Jermaine after calling round several mobile mechanics and he he gave me the best quote. Then the very next morning he came out and fixed my car just in time for me to go away the next day. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Jermaine could have really taken advantage of the fact that I was in a rush and desperate for my car to be fixed ASAP but he didn't. This guy is the most genuine, salt of the earth mechanic I've come across. He came out to see me and did a thorough check of my vehicle, went through the stuff he spotted and options for repair. He has been very transparent about prices and time it would take to complete the job. He has communicated with me during the week about parts and confirming the day and time he would arrive which made it easy for me to plan my week. Today the job has been done, no dramas at all and with the job now done, I've had my car out for a few hours running around with zero issues and I have no hesitation at all in recommending JDM. My car services going forward will be with him instead of Halfords. He has really helped me out of a hole and am very grateful.🚘👍

Jermaine did a great job for me (replace drop links and windscreen washer motor). It ended up not being as straight forward as expected but he sorted it no problem. Fair price and got the job completed less than 24hrs after contacting him. Definitely recommend 👍

I’ve been to a few places before for a mot but nothing quite compares to Alldis mot and Matt. It was my first time going there and I’m abit last minute but Matt found a way to fit me in and accommodate me during this busy period! If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be able to drive to see my family for the Christmas period so thank you so much. He is friendly kind and very considerate and so fair his prices and advice are so true and amazing. As you can tell I’m over the moon! Thank you again

What a great garage. Somewhat panicked, after another garage booked me in only later to tell me they didn’t have the tools to fix my car (a coolant haemorrhage due to a failed water pump), I’m so glad I found Stepping Hill Garage who not only fixed my car (water pump + new timing belt), and verified there were no other leaks, but did an excellent full service too. The car now runs better than ever, and that's after an overheating event. Before I decided to call Stepping Hill Garage, I checked their reviews and was struck by how laudatory they were (many commenting on the good and honest character of the garage owner/mechanic, which was extremely reassuring) and, after seeing photos on their Facebook page of people entrusting them with their extremely expensive cars, I thought I should give them a go. Reviews can sometimes be too good to be true – I’ve certainly been caught short before now – but Dave and Stepping Hill Garage certainly lived up to every good word people had to say about them. Excellent service, kind and reassuring, and reasonably priced – this will now be my go to garage for both mine and my wife’s car. Easy and cheap to get taxis too (if you need them), as the garage is right next to the hospital which is swarming with them.

I've been using this place for many years with many cars. Knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the best course of action for your vehicle Won't rip you off, giving sensible choices of repairs. e.g. recently, I was given the choice of using a genuine manufacturer's part at £100 +vat or an equivalent part off eBay for £50 +vat. Saying it would easily see out the life of my car.

I would give 10 stars if I could! The lads are fantastic, really reasonably priced and bend over backwards to help. The main reason I go though is there honesty as I 100% trust them with their advice and keeping me and my family safe on the roads.

Brilliant, cannot recommend highly enough. After a light issue being misdiagnosed at a main dealer came here and they sorted it. Ended up as a different issue at a third of the price I was originally quoted elsewhere. Pleasure to deal with too.

I cannot recommend Hazel Grove Auto Centre highly enough. I’m from Edinburgh, Scotland. My Volvo broke down on the M60 near Stockport. AA told us the clutch failed and needed replaced. I was helped by Diane at reception who could not have done more to help. Then Dan (Mechanic) looked at the car the following day and after bleeding the clutch fluid tested the car over 2 days then Diane called me to say the car was fine to drive. It would have been so easy to tell me the clutch and master cylinder needed replaced but integrity and honesty prevailed. The account was also so reasonable for the time spent on my car. Absolutely first class garage and staff. Malky.

Have today visited this garage for the first time for attention to my car, which I expected to be a large and costly repair but was in reality a two minute remedial job. The young gentleman, whose name I didn't catch, was most helpful, efficient, professional and genuinely kind - he clipped and resecured a pipe to the car engine in a few moments, explained the issue and would accept no payment. I am extremely grateful and will certainly be taking my car to this garage for servicing in future. Many thanks to this gentleman.

Cannot fault this garage. They will always test and try the least costly option first. I needed a new alternator in the end and despite a few supplier issues and having already closed for Christmas the mechanic made sure I wasn't without a car for Christmas. They went over and above and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this garage. The car charger voltage meter was also a great recommendation. I now know the battery is fully charged at all times!
